Additionally, the train traffic nearby covers your belongings with a black, grimy dirt. Then it sounded like time it took was part of the price but it took only 4.5 hrs. the move in was not professional- all boxes were marked and some ended up in the right area where others were just haphazardly placed. At one point they blamed me for "rushing" to try and keep costs down. I was initially quoted $309 for the deposit and then it went up to $390. They blamed it on the one persons dyslexia. Very poor communication and no idea what I ended up paying $890 for. No itemized invoice. They then told me of how much it cost to have PayPal and insurance everything any company has to pay but he wants to make his customers responsible for running his business in my humble opinion. Their website is pretty and sounds very professional but it's further from the truth. Keep looking. this place is a crap shoot.

I called them the next day (3-20-2021) and told them that I no longer needed the space. The manager said it was ok, that she would go down the waiting list. I asked if she would just put what I paid back on my credit card and she said no, it's nonrefundable. Keep in mind, I called the day after I reserved the rv storage space AND they had a waiting list for people wanting that rv storage space. I asked her "So you're going to keep the $85 I paid and rent the same spot, for the same month that I paid for, to a person on the waiting list for another $85?" Her response was "I thought you understood it was nonrefundable." She had clearly stated that the $10 setup fee was nonrefundable but not the $75 monthly fee. I think this very clearly shows you the type of people you'll be dealing with if you rent from this storage facility. I was completely astounded that they would keep my money after one day, my rv never in the space, and especially when they had a waiting list for this rv space? I find this incredibly greedy and very bad business practice!!! I would strongly recommend using a different storage facility!
