In September, I began planning a long-distance move to be closer to my children and grandchildren. I contacted WeHaul to request an estimate for the move and left a message on their business voicemail. Without returning my call or obtaining my consent, the owner, Travis, contacted my ex-husband and disclosed information about my potential move. This communication was completely unauthorized and resulted in my ex-husband reaching out with veiled threats -- a deeply distressing and alarming outcome. Whether intentional or due to gross negligence, this represents a serious breach of client confidentiality and professional ethics. No reputable moving company should ever share private or identifying information about a potential customer with a third party, especially one outside the transaction. They fully understood the job, and clearly explained the process and gave me a very reasonable estimate on the spot and I was able to schedule the move later in the same week. The two movers, Jacob and Dylan, called me the day of the move, and offered to arrive earlier than the appointment, if it was convenient (which it was). After we notified them of this mistake they sent someone to pick up stuff and then proceeded to forget items again so I had to call again for them to pick up someone else's stuff. We prepaid for a year of storage but then for 4 months straight they continued to charge me every month and I would have to call up and ask for a credit again and for them to reverse the charge. All of these errors and issues done while they continue to state they don't make mistakes. I would love for another mover and storage company in the area.

They kept their smiles and their good humor until the very end. They were also very conscientious, pointing out a broken foot on a cheap Amazon dresser that I'm certain was broken for years. There was no way that I was going to be able to help husband get it downstairs. I called CDA Movers and they were able to fit me into their tight schedule. The guys were here for a little over 30 mins and it took quite a bit of work to get it downstairs and through the doorway. They had to take it out of the box at the bottom of the stairs because the box wouldn't fit through the doorway. Glad we have this good, honest company in available in our community!
