I tried many times - at the time- to contact the corporate office, but was always directed back to the location and dismissed. They are very shady and don't think you will even be able to speak with the national office as there is no way to get through to them.

Made a claim but rejected because ina 3rd party truck, which had nothing to do with the damage. I called with concerns the day of the packing and immediately upon unloading. They said it was ok cuz we had insurance, which I was later told was void because it was a third party truck which we drove. We were trying to save money by moving as much as we could on our own, so they made quick work of our large items and since the house was a mile away they were able to do the job in two hours.
