If I could give 0 Stars I would We went to purchase boxes and were told internet down and they were on generator power.... while the other businesses around had power. Were picking up a Uhaul truck on Friday and was then told they would probably not be open due to weather. Other Uhaul locations are open. We chose to use a true Uhaul Facility -- This place you can tell the employees do not want to work. When I called to cancel this truck I was told I did not have to cancel. In other words she did not want to cancel it although she did cancel it after I questioned her. Will not recommend til they get employees that are invested. To bad I did not get her name! read more

The customer service isn't criminal but it's baseline. Several negatives from my experience: *They lock you out of access on the last day of the month for what was explained to me as "taking inventory".... I am a musician and need access to some gear on a moment's notice and experienced this "inventory lockout" on the last day of the month several times when I needed my stuff and couldn't get to it. I simply forgot about the lockout at the end of the month and it was inconvenient to plan around rather than having true 7 day a week access. Be aware of this. *Had auto-debit set up for my unit and had to replace my debit card; this of course meant my payment was rejected since the old card was canceled. Instead of simply calling or emailing me, they sent a snail mail letter telling me my form of payment was cancelled and since I don't get to check my mail all that often I was charged a late fee. Again, not criminal customer service - it is my responsibility to pay for contracted services after all but they could have picked up the phone or at least emailed. They have all my contact information and it would have saved me a late fee after at least 1 year of on time payments. *The 30 something male manager was very personable and friendly and let me know how much he appreciated my business, but the other employees I encountered were not in the business of smiling or communicating in a friendly customer service oriented way. It's just a given that if you're not ordering from a fast food restaurant that you're treated as a valued customer from top to bottom. I was not given this feeling from all of their staff. I felt strongly enough about not having my expectations met to take my business elsewhere. read more

I am very pleased with Fort Knox Self Storage. Kevin and the rest of the staff are very nice and courteous people. I have been renting storage space from them since 2018. I have never had any problems. In fact I had two units. I am keeping one and giving one up because I don't need two at this time. They can rest assure that if I need another unit I will be back. I highly recommend this facility for indoor and outdoor use. read more

No stars for this truck rental place... I went to rent a truck 2013 and the service was great.Now it sucks.. This lady made me go to the gas station for two bucks of gas. She said that it wasn't enought gas in the tank. She made sure I had put gas and also charged me for going back to the gas station(milleage). Last year the guy who just to work there told me "make sure you leave the same amount of gas,park it and drop the key in the key drop box.....easy and no more charges. Would I go back there? No way. If you go there take a pic of the gas gauge in the perfect angle. I took one but it was off angle and didnt helped me. You have been warned.. read more

I have been a customer here and there for 10 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is an indoor storage facility, air conditioner and heater works perfect. I definitely recommend this place. Ask for the manager Kevin, if you have any issues. I rate this place a 10 star!! read more

I have been a customer for quite a few years paid faithfully by bank draft every month. Go to storage unit today and it is padlocked. When my husband spoke with Devon she stated they had not received my check as they are not on electronic transmittal through banks so it is sent snail mail. Now after all these years faithfully sending the check Devon states you have to understand its a business and we need to collect the money. So now besides having my money already drafted I have to pay another monthly fee because they have not received the check by mail. Devon's response to when I asked her to hold my check to Monday because it is showing on my statement that it was paid on 11/30 was the check that I write today would be posted but the check that will be coming in the mail can be used for December's payment. Dianne would have never let this happen. I totally understand they have all types of people that rent from them but when you look at customers statements over the last few years and see they are always on time paying at least you can give them a couple of days. Devon you totally suck and I will report this to the BBB and Consumer Affairs of the Attorney Generals Office. This is totally horrible and the worse customer service ever. I have no control over the United States Postal Service and if they would take electronic payments from your bank this isolated incident wouldn't have happened. read more
