They quote 1 price at 35$ a month for 3 month then $70 a month after a few months then raised it to $108 month. When I inquired about the significant rate increase i was told that they could increase the rate i was told they will increase the rate as much they wanted too. They were rude and if i couldn't afford the increase that I would have to move out. Keep in mind this was only an 8x10 outside unit. My girlfriend and I recently finished moving the remnants of our belongings out of this facility. We stored our belongings there shortly while moving from one house to another. We were unfortunate to have our contact info changed online somehow and lost track of our payment due dates falling behind with the facility. We became aware of this and kept in close contact w the staff there. When arrangements could be made to make payment and clear out our belongings we were shocked when finding out our unit had been ransacked. After contacting authorities and having detectives come to the site and investigate. We found that a majority of our property had been moved across the hall to a vacant unit to be more closely filtered through until it was moved to a final location packed neatly for transport out of the building. Oddly enough the locks that were placed by extra space had not been tampered w yet the numbered tag placed along w the facilities lock had been. Making us aware that someone within the staff had let in the intruders or were the intruders themselves. Not to our surprise the staff was of no help but j let us know that since we had fallen behind on payment that the property did not actually belong to us upon the time of the theft. We were not the only case like this that day we found out there was another man that had been robbed of almost 40k worth of unreplaceable family memories and keepsakes. I would not recommend even storing your trash in this facility this place should be investigated further and shut down. read more
