Update! Once again, these people have locked me out of my unit when I am paid up until the 12th…read more Today is the 3rd. This is ridiculous, and no one will call me back. I have attached photos to show that this is really happening. This place is a train wreck that I cannot wait to get out of...but alas...I cannot because they unlawfully licked me out of my unit. The "manager" Leola, of this particular storage center is awful. In all the years I have been a customer here, she is, by far, the worst ever. She is rude, unhelpful, and hangs up on calls when a customer is talking. Her stonewalling tactics are very unprofessional. I will definitely be contacting the consumer protection agency concerning my latest visit there and her refusal to provide pertinent information. UPDATE: After posting my past update saying they were losing my business and I had plans to move out this month, they charged my credit card for two months. When you call them you get no one. Only a loud screaching noise. This place is really sketchy. I wish I could take away the one star I had to give them. UPDATE: Not sure what has happened at this facility, but after waiting all afternoon for someone to be in the office and calling only to get a loud screeching noise where you should have been able to leave a message, I was met after 4pm, by a very rude and unhelpful "manager." I have been renting units from this company for a few years and have never been met with such an ugly attitude and refusal to help. She was forcing me to purchase insurance when my homeowners insurance is already in their records. I have two other units with the company. She obviously didn't feel like dealing with me because it was almost time for her to get off for the day. It is sad that this woman's unprofessional behavior has resulted in the loss of my business. I hope the owner corrects this situation and hires people who appreciate the customers because without them, there is no business. And definitely not mine because I will be moving my other unit out at the end of the month I paid for.

First off I was told to return a u haul car transport to this location by U haul in Georgia..So…read moreafter driving all night I arrived the next day at this location to drop off the u haul I was immediately greeted by rude disrespectful employees who told me they would not be helping me insecure the straps holding my car to the carrier... First off it was uhaul policy to not allow me to secure the car myself so I had absolutely no idea to get it off.. I'm a disabled veteran & I didn't deserve to be treated that way.. This time allowed him to store his stuff until he could get back into housing of his own. I was fully prepared to pay at least one month storage, but the owners were gracious and held true to their offer. Thanking God for some kindness during a dark time. Clean, safe, and very good people!
