Most of our fellow guests appeared to be regulars, with much conversatioin shred by multiple tables. My wife is not normally an entree person, preferring a combo of appetizers and soup or salad. Tonight she had a starter Caesar salad with house made dressing and the shrimp on a stick entree. She wanted to lick the plate, but restrained herself. I also had a side salad with house made blue cheese dressing and the Friday special of prime rib with a side of "small fries". I foolishly thought that meant small in amount. Not so much. They sent out a basket of homemade fries that took some serious effort to finish. Prime rib was great. The staff was friendly, attentive and accomodating, without being intrusive. All in all this was an A+++ experience. Just a great way to spend a Friday evening. We will be back.

If I were to describe the flavor it would be Jack Link's Beef Jerky. The sauces were, to be blunt, not great. The mustard based sauce was pretty much just mustard. There was a ketchup based sauce that didn't offer much else. There were 2 other sauces, neither of which paired well with the 2 meats, and frankly I'm having a hard time even coming up with words to describe them. A way to improve would be a vinegar based sauce for the pulled pork (Carolina style), and offer up a reasonably spicy sauce. The biggest issue was we felt like we were chasing flavor and unable to find it, even mixing and matching sauces and meats. Prices were very reasonable for the quantities of food.
