Wide variety of beers to choose from. I got the tri tip nachos. Tri tip was incredibly tender and portion size was pretty big. They used nacho cheese instead of shredded cheese which was good. Came here on a busy Thursday night was expecting some good food considering the crowd. Spent $72 on a meal I could of made for an entire family of 5. The $3 pork sliders with apple slaw was the special for appetizer, we ordered two. They came after our meal was served. The Presentation was good, slaw and meat was tasty but this was probably the only thing that was worth it and honestly, we should only ordered these and a beer would of been...just ok. We ordered shoes string fries also as a sided these came, cold and extremely salty not worth $4. Two orders of brisket, each with side of fries, macaroni salad and macaroni and cheese. All side tastes store bought, were not hot and were not creamy. The brisket was not warm, not moist and not seasoned. The non fatty portions were tender but I was not impressed with the overall quality of the meat or the portion sizes. For the price, I expected a better taste and presentation of brisket. One order of fish taco with slaw and jalapeños were ok. Came with on one piece of fried fish I believe Cod, topped with the creamy apple slaw. This was our regular spot for girls' night--food and drinks were always great and consistent. I love their blueberry mojito and Moscow mule! We had one off night with a rude bartender who mistakenly told my friend (who hadn't even ordered) that she owed money, and was unnecessarily aggressive with me over a $6 tab. When we spoke to the manager, she kept, saying he was new and in medical school, which felt dismissive. She said they train staff to be aggressive due to past walkouts. We called to make an order to go, and they told us we could only use DoorDash. We placed our order and drove to the restaurant at the designated time, and we were told they hadn't even looked at our order yet. She said it would be fast, just 5 minutes, but in fact it was almost 15 minutes. See picture, could not believe how small of a container of macaroni and cheese we got for $7! That was basically $1 per bite. Also, the cucumber salad side I got was basically a small collection of slices with some sesame seeds thrown on top. No noticeable dressing at all. These were more like eating a premade frozen burger from Costco or Walmart. Our fries were cold, some though cooked on the outside were refrigerator cold in the middle. The food was good. However, I do have an issue with up-charges that are not included in the menu. I got the 2 Meat combo. On the menu it's $22 and it comes with choice of 2 meats and 2 sides. I originally wanted the brisket and the ribs but the brisket wasn't ready yet so I had to pick something else. So ended up choosing the salmon as my second choice. I didn't realize until after I paid that choosing salmon is $4 extra. No where in the menu does it say it's an extra $4 if you choose salmon and the lady who took my order didn't inform me that the salmon had an up charge. If I knew it was going to be $4 more, I would have chosen another meat. I should mention that this is only my second visit here. On my very first visit in January, I had a similar experience but this time with the sides. I had ordered something that came with a side. Since this was my first visit, I wasn't familiar with the menu and I asked the person taking my order what sides were available. She named them off and I picked one and paid. Then I noticed in my receipt that I was charged $3 extra for the side. It turns out that the side I chose happened to be a side that had an up charge. Again, I wasn't told by the person taking my order that it would be extra and I wouldn't have chosen it if I knew. So now that this kind of thing has happened 2 out of 2 times coming here, I thought it needed to be mentioned. I think the management/owners need to update their menus to reflect the up charges appropriately or at least have staff notify patrons when there will be an up charge for something when they place their order. Leaving a tab open is not always the best idea. I love this place and always here when watching sporting events, but don't be surprised if you see one or two drinks added on to your tab when closing out. Can't blame the bartender though, there's usually only one working when the place is full. It's best to just close out or just bring cash. My solution, just don't tip and consider it a tip to the restaurant. If you're there for 3-4 hours watching a game, you just can't complain to the bartender the number of drinks you actually ordered. Went to the station today for the first time. Not knowing what to expect and didn't have high expectations. My family in the back in Bay Area have a bbq catering business I've been around good bbq my entire life. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries. This would be a great place to have drinks and hangout with friends. I brought our family here to celebrate my step son's 18th birthday. We were excited to try a new spot in Tracy that we haven't tried before. First, they have you order and pay for your food first as well as go to the counter with your soda cup to get a refill which was fine but just letting others know since I'd like this information before hand. As a family, we ordered two combo plates which includes two sides and meats. We chose the pulled chicken, tri tip, and ribs. The sides they chose were potato salad and the macaroni salad which were excellent. We also ordered the fish tacos, the chicken bacon wrap, the patty melt, and two tri tip dip sandwiches. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food but the chicken bacon wrap was not enjoyed. They said it tasted odd. I personally got the tri tip dip sandwich and onion rings as a side. The menu and the girl taking my order didn't inform me about the $3 up charge for the rings. I think it's common courtesy to let the customer know this because I would have been fine with the fries. Now to my sandwich, it was very underwhelming. The tri tip had no flavor and was very fatty/hard to eat. I had to throw away most of it. The au Ju sauce was also bland and watery. Then went to the bar for a mimosa bartender asked regular or unlimited I said regular... $16! ‍ . If you walk in and don't know the process your kinda lost until someone sees you looking baffled. When you go in you walk to the back right side of the restaurant and order your food then find a table. Then if you want a cocktail you have to find a way to be seen or get the attention of the bartender since it was Sunday and the front bar was full of sports jerseys watching the game. For the food, chicken fried steak was decent, over easy eggs came broken, biscuit was hard gravy was cold but it did have really good flavor. BF said the burger was delicious. Overall the food was ok. I think this would be a good "hangout bar" I wouldn't consider it a restaurant. Maybe that's why the food was so pricey maybe to deter you idk? It's great to have a new restaurant in Tracy. 1st and foremost for a place that just opened they are already doing a great job. All the staff was super engaging and nice. The prices are great for the amount of food you get. Now let's talk about that food. The sliders are AMAZING, the apple slaw was a great combination on the slider. All three meats were amazing and full of flavor and cooked spectacularly. The nachos, oh man. I'm such a critique when it comes to nachos and these were damn near perfect. Each bite was full of something. There are for sure no light hands in the back of the house, bbq sauce, cheese and everything else galore. They have 20+ taps and have local Morgan territory on tap which is a huge WIN. Looks like a fully stocked bar as well. First time coming here & I should say... not what I thought it was going to be. The place is very casual, feels like a bar with a food menu. There's tables inside but high ones, a few family tables. (We ate outside) You can tell this place can get very loud during football season. So if that's the type of environment you're looking into.. this is it for you. I had to remove one star because you have to order in the front (nobody takes your order at the table) but they bring the food to you. Which is not that bad I supposed... the burgers are great. Came for some fries and salad. But they only serve the brunch menu on Sundays. So I order hash browns - and specially asked if they would be hash brown. They were the soggiest - mushiest, "hash browns" I have ever had in my life AND they were burnt. How were they burnt when they came out of the kitchen THIRTY seconds after I ordered? so my food sat uneaten and none of the employees walking around cared to ask if something was wrong or if I needed anything else. This was our first visit and I have some constructive criticism: Since we weren't greeted, it took us a while to realize were to find the menus (scan QR Code on the napkin box at your table). Then, it took us another while to realize we had to go up to the counter to order. We started ordering the alcoholic beverages and the lady behind the counter informed us that we had to order them at the bar. Not cool. The bar was full and we had to compete for the bartender's attention. I ask the bartender for a recommendation of non-IPA beer for my husband. She recommended the "HopTomic." I asked if that was an IPA (because it had the word "hop" in it), and she turned to the waitress next to her and asked if it was an IPA. It was. I recommend she study the beers on tap. My husband ordered the Bbq bacon burger.  It came with a chicken patty?? Nowhere on the menu did it say "chicken." The menu only said "homemade patty." Also, he didn't expect to get a side of spicy fries. My husband said his lips were burning. My 6-year-old is a picky eater and grilled cheese is one thing he likes. They got too fancy here with sourdough bread and cheddar cheese. Kids are really easy. All they want is white bread and American cheese. The bread was burnt and way too hard for his wiggly teeth to chew. Flies were flying all around our faces and our food. Finally, I would recommend there be a waitress walking to each table to freshen up patron's beverages. I don't like competing for the bartenders attention. My fiancé and I were craving bbq and decided to order food from here through DoorDash. It's unfortunate to say that we were both pretty disappointed. It was overpriced for what you're getting. We both ordered the 2-item combo plate, but with just 2 orders of tri-tip and macaroni salad. We felt like we could've made all the food ourselves, for not only cheaper but that actually tasted good with actual flavor. No problem with how the tri-tip was cooked, or smoked, but it just hardly had any flavor. Plus, they barely added any barbecue sauce on it to make up for the lack of seasoning. The BBQ Bacon Burger is phenomenal! Definitely our go-to burger spot, as well as BBQ. My husband and I will definitely be regulars here as we are already loyal customers of Speer BBQ at the Farmers Market and when they would do brunch at Rusty's. The first time was just too crowded due to an event happening outside and getting inside is just shoulder to shoulder situation ( No Bueno!), so we end up leaving. The second time. The place was busy, we found an empty table and ordered our food and drinks. Food was just OK, we ordered some wings and barbecue chicken salad. This place is just ok, the music is just to loud.
