Robert has provided excellence service ever since I started bringing my car to his shop. The first…read moretime I needed a headlight replacement and an oil change. He completed the work very quickly and did a thorough inspection of my car - he even put air in my spare tire, which was nearly flat! This week I brought my car back with a check engine light. I ended up bringing it in a day early because my battery was dead. I was very stressed out and didn't know what to do so I called Robert. He said that if I could get a jump and bring it in, he would take care of it. Robert took care of the battery, replaced the part that the check engine code called for, and did another oil change. His prices are very reasonable and he is a pleasure to speak with. He doesn't give you any pressure about added parts or services. He will be honest about when something might need replaced, but I never felt like I was being persuaded to do anything that I hadn't prepared for. I am glad that I found a good mechanic and a friend.

No lights popped back on the dash nor did those odd sounds return. Hubby used to care for our vehicles but is no longer physically able to; he approved of their service. Finding a new mechanic, when you are new to town, is always a scary prospect but, mission accomplished.

AVOID THIS PLACE. 1 star reviews mysteriously vanished from…read morethe other major search engine (multiple). Recent 5 star reviews on there are fake! They say they do oil changes, brakes, suspension, diagnostics. That last one is a lie. Whatever you want done please heed this warning. The service here is beyond awful. This place charges way too much money for what they are able to do and if you're going to be snotty you should at least lower your prices! The owner acts like God gifted him to this world. He goes barging into the building saying things that customers should never hear and he makes ridiculous demands of the staff in front of paying customers as if they aren't even there. All of this is happening while we are paying his high prices just to fuel his greed, People working here have a take it or leave it attitude. Maybe this is a reflection of the owner but I feel that some of them are just not nice people to begin with. Whatever the excuse is I will not be coming back to this place.I don't like going to the dealership but I would rather go there than ever bring it here! I gave 2 stars on G because I am hoping that some people might get to read that review before it also gets removed. i don't know if it is true that this search engine also allows businesses to pay for hiding the bad reviews but if they do I just pray that enough people see this before that happens!
