They and the other driver's insurance company totaled my truck and even tried to convince me that my truck's frame was bent! And after 7 months dealing with those 2 other companies and giving them almost $10,000 my truck still wasn't fixed! A co-worker told me about Jay Walton and promised me they would take care of me and my truck.....and Jay Walton to the rescue! Even though they were given a truck that was missing the entire front end, they were brave and knowledgeable to take on the challenge! Not only did Jay Walton do the diagnostics to discover if my truck's frame was bent, they proved it was not! And they never tried to take advantage of me or be dishonest. Ryan kept in touch with me with updates and was always quick to find out answers and address any issues that came up. Best of all, Jay Walton had my truck completely repaired in 2 months! And my truck looked better than it did before the accident! I can't thank them enough for turning a horrible nightmare into a positive experience with a very happy ending!!!

We dropped the truck off on Thursday the day after Christmas and had the truck back by Friday. I expected a costly, drawn out repair as we had several codes identified in our app. Surprisingly enough, they quickly pinned the issue, ordered the part, made sure the codes all cleared, and were mindful of costs. They were up front and transparent during the process. Definitely honest and stand behind their work. Here is to Bronson and Marlon for bringing our FJ back to life. Thank you! Thank you!

Do NOT bring your vehicle to A & S Auto/Truck Care for automotive repairs or servicing! Coming…read morehere was an expensive mistake and an extremely negative experience. I am giving it one star since I don't have the option to give it none. Regarding the owner who was also the mechanic (Armand): * Over charged for services and parts provided * Did not itemize my bill and could not explain the total cost * Did not guarantee the work provided * Unprofessional and combative * Refused to listen to the car the very next morning after repairs were completed as it was still making the same noise I had taken it in for * He said, "Maybe you're just hearing noises you want to hear" instead of asking me to bring the vehicle back in to listen to it as a professional should have offered up front * Stated it was a new noise that I was hearing without re-inspection of or listening to the vehicle again * Stated I would have to pay for more services and parts since his original diagnoses did not resolve the issue. He said this without looking or listening to the vehicle again. * Put two gouges into my brand new rim as well as other smaller scratches * Vehicle came back dirtier than when I left it off * He was more interested in his cell phone than listening to the car issues and getting the keys and locking lug nut when dropping it off for repairs * The facility is disorganized and cluttered and the parking area is covered in debris Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. I am completely shocked at the owner/mechanic's lack of professionalism and combative nature. I can't help but think his defensive behavior is due to his untrustworthy workmanship. He was abusive and accusatory. I thought he would simply ask me to bring it in to listen to it or ask me to give it a couple days to let the parts break in. When I told the owner/mechanic that I was going to recommend my dad cancel his upcoming vehicle appointment and write a review of my experience he said, "do what you gotta do". During the one short follow up call I made, he said he was "very busy" and had "work to do" before hanging up (this would have been an even shorter call if he had just told me to bring it in). Clearly, A and S does not care to retain customers for future business. I will never use this facility again and you should not either.

Wheel Align It is simply an honest mechanic shop that does good work at a good price. I used Heidi…read moreand her family sporadically for years but would also try other shops that were closer to wherever I happened to live. Frankly, it's just worth the drive to head downtown to Wheel Align It. Last summer I received an estimate to replace my timing belt and get some additional work done from another mechanic. When I called Heidi she quoted me $500 less than the other guy and tried to talk me into putting off replacing the timing belt because she said it really didn't need to happen for another year or so. What kind of mechanic talks you out of spending money? A great one. As for the shop itself, it's a no frills place but is filled with a veritable menagerie. She has a dog, a cat and several birds that roam the small waiting area. The animals are friendly but like any shop you'd rather just get out of there. If you want to watch TV while you wait or have snacks and coffee this isn't your place. Also, while I've never taken her up on it she has offered to pick me up or drop me off when I've left a vehicle, which is a nice touch. Ultimately, I can't recommend Wheel Align It highly enough. I think they are the best in town. As a side note Wheel Align It 2 in the heights is a different outfit altogether. I'm sure there's a story there but I don't know it.

First off, it is an extreme rarity that I pay money to get my vehicle detailed, as I typically do…read moreit misled. But I was kind of desperate, just took a road trip for Thanksgiving and my car was nasty, doing the same for Christmas and honestly I needed a detail done bad. I gave this place a chance because of the good reviews (only 5 total reviews here so far but they were all good). I stopped by to inquire before I dropped off my car, Kyle walked around my vehicle with me and gave me hope. He was courteous. I dropped my Z06 off this morning. My engine bay looks great, I'll just wipe it all down myself briefly once to get some shine off and make sure it's all even and clean. But that's it unfortunately. I do credit them for wiping everything down inside and out, you can see that much. But you can also see that things weren't gone back over to get rid of inconsistent shiny spots, missed spots, swirls, etc. nothing was rubbed in or polished. The inside at least had the same rag used for EVERYTHING, at this point the exterior was done the same. Dirty between wheel spokes, so they were obviously not wiped down individually with time. Ha you can still see my wiper marks on my windshield. ... So on and so on... I gave the key to the person who "checked me in." He gets in and drives off. Then the thought hit me, how are they going to contact me when my car was finished. So I walked back and wrote down my name and number to someone else that worked there. I picked up my car, paid (no credit card machine is odd I thought in today's society but not a huge deal). Key was given to me and the guy disappeared in back to probably go back to work. No receipt was given, nothing written down, odd.. As I'm writing this review I'm realizing now how inconsistent everything was during this complete experience, shame on me for not thinking of this all right away... Kyle was not there today either time that I was there, so I'm not sure if that would've changed anything or all of this is "normal." I really wanted to like this place, I am disappointed for whatever that is worth. I do not recommend this place at all. I just blew $120... I give the second star for good appearing engine bay and for Kyle's initial interaction with me.
