I took a leap of faith, trusting in God, and yesterday I had three services done on my 2017 JCW: transmission fluid, brake fluid, and coolant changes. I even saved money compared to other shops. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart; this will be my go-to shop from now on. Thanks also to everyone who left honest reviews; that helped me take the step and place my trust here. I'll see you all soon for my next services. Shalom, shalom to everyone. He came out that morning (missing his son's baseball tournament I might add). The fix was pretty straightforward but on my truck, he had to take a bunch of parts off to get to the leaking line, and then put 'em back on. Then another part was giving us fits so more parts off to get to that. He worked tirelessly all day into the night to get us going again. Fantastic work ethic and never gave up never showed the frustration he must've felt. With all he went through over 10+ hours, I can honestly say, the bill was very reasonable. My car insurance was a pain to work with, and Art coached me through the whole thing. Additionally, Art/Goodfellas really stepped up and helped me handle them and get reimbursed. I was so impressed with the work they did on my car that insurance covered, that I wound up scheduling a follow-up to have them fix another issue I'd been meaning to fix. They did good work, at a much better rate than the previous shop that had given me a quote. Also, I'm not much of a movie person, but the Goodfellas theme/decor was entertaining, too.
