My poor daughter was scammed here into thinking that she needed to pay extra to verify what we already knew (it was the alternator) We decided to take the car to a different shop because we couldn't count on the integrity of the individuals who work here. Additionally when we went to pick up the car and pay their unreasonable fee, nobody there could run the computer system and give us the keys back. We had to wait until someone who understood the operating system showed up, so that they could charge us and give us the keys to take it to another location.

This situation is particularly concerning because my son is only 17 years old. He worked throughout the summer and saved his money specifically to make these repairs to his truck. We needed them to look at and diagnose a very specific issue. We had to tell them three times what specifically we were looking to have them do. In the meantime, they wrote up a estimate for all kinds of work that we weren't even interested in looking at. First, their diagnostic fee is expensive and if you would like to do the work there, they will still charge you the diagnostic fee plus any work. They don't roll the diagnostics into the work that they're going to do The estimate to replace our heater hoses came out to $855! We purchased the parts for $22 and did it ourselves. It took 10 minutes. $855 for a $22 part and 10 minutes worth of work is insane I will never take another vehicle back to mango automotive, which is sad because I had taken all of my vehicles there before they changed their management
