There were a few hiccups in the beginning with the dates and times however once fixed it wasn't a problem. My only suggestion would be to move the handicap parking away from the patio. Maybe to the front of the building. It causes disruptions during the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception when people are trying to park where the bridal party is walking for the ceremony, or when people are trying to eat on the patio or play games.

It comfortably fit 17 tables (with room for more), a sweetheart table, a dance floor, and a permanently installed bar. As well as the gift table, cake table, memorial table, DJ booth, and a buffet line for dinner. The room had a beautiful cozy ambiance with lower ceilings and string lights wrapped throughout the room. The second floor and outside on their patio is where we had our cocktail hour, it was very spacious and they had plenty of tables, chairs, and high top tables for our guests to use. We decided to rent a dry bar for the cocktail hour as they only have one bar on the first floor reception area. The second floor also contains a beautiful large bridal suite with a private bathroom, and a much smaller groom's room which worked fine for the men. We had our wedding outside at their permanently installed Pergola. Our florist decorated it with flowers, greenery and tulle, and it looked beautiful! It TOTALLY fit my enchanted wedding theme! We had to bring our own table to use for the sand ceremony which was fine as a family member made a table for us as a gift! We narrowly missed a rain storm but the owners Laura and Don Dombach had clear umbrellas on hand to come to our rescue if need be! There are many beautiful photo opportunities on their grounds too! They do have a waterfall but the path to it was muddy so we missed that photo opp. Since the wedding I have talked to the owner and she said they have laid down stones on the path to the waterfall so future bride's can get to it easier! The owners were around all day helping any way they could! They were SO easy and fun to work with! I highly recommend this venue! We were only the 2nd wedding they've EVER had, and I would have thought they were doing this for years!! The price is a little high but comparable and cheaper than other venues in the area I had looked at. They also worked with us on a price as we were on a budget. I've attached some pictures of our magical day. I will forever look back and fondly remember our perfect day!! Thank you SO much Laura and Don!!

The day went so smoothly thanks to their on-site coordinator and all of our guests were extremely impressed with the venue. 10/10 would recommend!

In our mid-March 2026 visit, there was a SAAB exhibit and a large section with hot rods & souped up old cars. The cars shown are mostly US ones. Tickets are reasonably priced. What we saw had a lot of 1950s - early 1960s emphasis. Some exhibits gave me a "Happy Days" vibe. Others got me thinking of the Beach Boys SoCal tunes. There were interesting side exhibits for drive-in theatres & roadside diners. We could step into the counter area of the diner. One room dedicated to tourist groups only, for Plain & Fancy food. Which is also served in the BBQ bar section. Big tourist souvenir shop to one side. Good food. Meal was wholesome, tasty and seemed healthy, it was the Plain & Fancy type food (supposedly); don't remember how compared to the Real Plain& Fancy of 1974. Shoe-fly pie was tasty. Service meet expectations. Everyone very polite. BBQ bar section of complex, which I was in, was empty, so only a couple tables to serve. BOTTOM LINE: The old Plain & Fancy communal eating place disappeared after 2017. A faux Plain & Fancy section replaced it. Whole area, including town of Intercourse, Pennsylvania is a big tourist trap. Amish are gone, Mennonites remain. Note: my comparison for this Restaurant is somewhat biased because I am comparing to original 1974 Plain & Fancy and 1974 Lancaster county, which you can't do.

There are plenty of stalls in the ladies room, by far a joy in itself. But I took away one star, and probably should have taken more, because the sound system was not great. We saw On Your Feet last night and the music was very loud (to be expected) but the audio system did not allow for understanding the words. It was difficult to figure out what was going on, where they were, and details that you catch only in the dialogue. I asked the friends I was with if they were getting the dialogue and they said they were not. At intermission I spoke with a woman sitting in another section and when I asked her about it, she basically said, "Oh thank God, I thought I was the only one!" Plus, she couldn't understand the English it the Spanish! Many of the words in the song were also not discernible. Not that they weren't loud enough, they were. Just not distinct. It could have been a much better evening had I been able to hear and understand the words that were being said. I think 4 is generous but I wish it would have been 5 stars. By the way, this is in no way a critique of the show. I thought the acting and music were excellent. Just wish I'd understood the dialogue and words in songs. That said, I'll be looking toward other venues in the area for theater. Dialogue needs to be understood.
