Emails and phone calls can go weeks unreturned. No one answers the main line. You leave a message and they return a call at their leisure. They also don't listen or make notes about menus, the event or decor from the customer either. Second, the staff don't talk to each other to know what roles they have in the process. Weird, since they all work together. Third, when they want their money, the communication is on-point. You can go days without emails or calls, but they want their money THAT DAY. It was not a good experience at all. We were embarrassed to hold our special event there. On the other hand, the food that was catered in by a different company was outstanding and so was their staff. I would NOT recommend OneSouth because your main point of contact is uncommunicative, difficult to reach and gives excuses about why (unprofessional). NOT customer service-oriented, and they are in the customer service business.

My wife and I started out with the calamari appetizer, I had the gnocchi with spare ribs and she had the mushroom pappardelle dish. For dessert we split the limoncello cake which was absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding, the food was delicious and the overall experience was 5 star! We will definitely be back! We have done the "Mercy of the Chef" which was the best food I have ever had! For my mom's 70th birthday they all signed a card and a homemade pasta candle!
