They confirmed that the pipes, valves & wiring was bad...underneath my deck! They performed an extensive rerouting & re-laying of all pvc, wiring and junction points. This included digging new 3- foot deep trenches around the entirety of my 1,000 foot deck. While I had not anticipated the cost of this job being done today, problems that I bypassed & ignored for 10 years are completely resolved. GM Justin Wilson had assured me that he wanted me completely satisfied with their work- and after today, I can rest easy-and totally satisfied- with a fully functional, non-leaking and high performing sprinkler unit. Thanks Justin, Sean, Juan and everyone @ American Irrigation for being patient and professional with me during this process. I highly recommend American Irrigation for all your irrigation needs. They will do you right...with no leaks!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In regard to my previous one-star review, General Manager Justin called me personally and arranged to come out today (8/15) to see what needed to be done to correct the situation. Justin, J J, Shawn and another tech came out and spent over TWO HOURS going through every zone & sprinkler head I have. I was advised of the dreaded valves below my deck; and Justin gave me several options that would make everything work right. They spent a lot of time making sure that I was fully informed on every aspect of pending repairs. Justin even reviewed photos I took during my deck rebuild three years ago, to determine if valves could even be accessed. They even capped off the the zones that were designated for future repair.

They also, only text customers back so they never pick up the phone and talk about issues that are hard to resolve over text. Very poor customer service and hence would not recommend this company! PS Despite what they might say about their "warranty", they will NEVER go above and beyond for their customers. Their employees are short tempered and RUDE & immediately suggest trip charges to come out and look at anything that isn't functioning properly (even after a few days).

I had been using another firm, the most highly rated service here--and they would come annually for ten minutes to "check the irrigation system" and give me almost no feedback but charge me a lot. Bluebird was very different--you could tell they knew what they were talking about, cared about irrigation systems, and wanted to help me do what I wanted. Bluebird was professional and organized and came and left when they said they would. My system is 12 years old and has had some less than satisfactory hacks--and it needed work. Bluebird wasn't cheap but they were upfront about everything, presented estimates for the needed work in stages so I could fit the work to my budget--and explained clearly what they were doing and why. They also made some changes at the end for free when the water wasn't quite doing what I wanted done. I will hire them for yearly evaluations and call them if I need additional work. I highly recommend them.
