I love the Spring! Let me start off by saying... if you're looking for your typical western medicine practice with prescription drugs for each ailment, this is NOT it. Ali and her team use herbal supplements to get your body healthy. And, getting your body healthy takes longer than taking a pill for symptoms. If you're used to western medicine, know that a true wellness practice takes more time and isn't as instantaneous as you're likely used to. A year ago I came to The Spring as a last resort. My health was dwindling and I thought I was on the verge of an Autoimmune disease. I was having dizzy spells, low energy, difficulty sleeping, anxiety, my menstrual cycle, was causing all sorts of havoc and problems, resulting in heart palpitations, full body rashes, extreme cramps and bloating, & heightened emotions. I developed an abscess that required a surgical removal, that my doctor couldn't explain, which came back and I was put on strong and antibiotics, which I had a scary allergic reaction to. I came to Elke at the Spring after my friend highly recommended them. I had been dealing with chronic pain for over a year. I had been to numerous doctors and no one could give me relief. Elke Kiness is in my opinion and experience an exceptional practitioner. Her particular practice of muscle testing is unlike any I have experienced before. It has been accurate, revealing and deeply helpful. Together we have worked on imbalances in my body related to Thyroid, Adrenals, the Gut, Radiation/EMF exposure, heavy metals, hormones, etc. And her testing brings up results that I had forgotten I was even dealing with i.e. for two days in a row I had a simple cough in the AM with a tad bit of a sore throat. It wasn't too intense and truthfully I had forgotten about it by the time I saw Elke the next day. Sure enough she spotted "the flu" in my body and asked if I had had any symptoms. I have also known other skeptics that needed the help but weren't too sure about this muscle testing methodology.
