I had shopped half of the store when I needed to use the restroom. I asked to use theirs but was told no. I asked again as it was an emergency, and was told I had to go up the street. I spent 1000s of dollars in your store and was told again to go up the street. (I'm almost 80 years old). My friend who also shops there frequently had a similar experience with rude staff and has decided to not shop there anymore. Emma was the staff member I consulted with. I'm disappointed and sad to report I won't be back.

Upon browsing, I saw lots of cute unique items (all products are made by Buffalo small businesses, love keeping it local) but the Buffalo earrings really caught my eye! My free swag bag also came with a bath bomb, lip scrub, matcha tea candy, chocolate chip cookies and even a $10 off coupon to dinner at the nearby Eagle House.
