The tomatoes and pickles were also thickly cut, making for a more of a burger and less of a sandwich experience. The coleslaw and tartar sauce didn't overdo the mayo or acidity.

The food, drinks and service were all top notch as well. If someone you like is playing here, then you're in luck.

The BT ALC Big Band lit up the room with an incredible blend of big band jazz, funk, soul, and hip-hop, and the special guest, Nephrok!, brought amazing energy and personality to the stage. Jimmy's offered two great options for the night: a first-floor dinner-and-a-show package, and a third-floor countdown experience with a midnight champagne toast. The atmosphere was festive without feeling crowded, the sound was crystal clear, and the whole evening felt really well organized. Nephrok and the BT ALC Big Band were both outstanding -- tight, lively, and a blast to watch. Altogether, it was one of those nights you don't forget. Jimmy's continues to be one of the best live music venues around.
