It's tucked in the strip mall across from Lowes, near Subway, on Edwards Lake Road. It is much bigger and very nicely furnished on the inside. I was very surprised by how many rooms / areas they had inside. The staff were very friendly and professional to me and my wife. The massage was great and we were refreshed after it. My wife said they may have gone a little too hard on her, but would say to do a lesser pressure next time. I would definitely come back next time we want to treat ourselves to a spa-day / a little bit of rest & relaxation.

I came in for a Thai massage and a basic facial. The Thai massage was amazing--I would definitely…read morerecommend it. Unfortunately, the facial was probably the worst I've ever experienced. I let the esthetician know beforehand that I had just gotten a nose piercing and asked her to be careful since it's sensitive and can fall out easily. She acknowledged it, but within seconds she rubbed over my nose and my piercing came out. After that, it was hard to relax knowing I'd have a difficult time getting it back in. The facial itself also didn't feel thorough. It honestly felt like random layers of product were being applied rather than actually cleansing my skin. It was about 60% mask and 40% body massage, which wasn't what I wanted, especially since I had already gotten a Thai massage. At the end, when the jelly mask was removed, pieces were left in my hair and on my face. The receptionist even had to help remove some from my hair, and when I got to my car, I realized there were still pieces left on my face. My hair was also left very oily. The esthetician then attempted to push my piercing back in, which caused my nose to start bleeding, and I had to ask her to stop. I'm not someone who typically complains or questions paying for services, but this experience honestly made me consider saying something. I've never had such a poor facial or left an appointment feeling worse about my skin than when I came in. It really sucks to pay $70 for a facial and leave feeling like your face isn't even clean. On top of that, I had to go back to my piercer to have my nose ring put back in, which was a major inconvenience.

Booked an appointment for the next day figuring I had nothing to lose by getting treatment, I was just hoping to be able to ride in a cart and cheer on my buddies and didn't really expect to play anymore golf on the trip. I found Archetype to be a very professional health care establishment. Dr. John (Palmer) and his staff spent approximately 90+ minutes using various techniques on my back. I was still sore that evening, but seemed to be a little more comfortable. The next morning I woke up feeling really good. I was able to play 36 holes that day, carefully of course, but without pain. The following day I comfortably played another round. Dr. John's work was nothing short of miraculous, I'm so fortunate to have found Archetype, saved my golf trip for sure!
