Let me just say that my expectations were extremely high prior to coming here! The Yelp reviews kind of set that tone for me. Scheduling online was super easy and quick. They followed up with me and sent me pre documents to save time the day of my massage. Linda at the front reception area is so professional, friendly and let's not forget extremely helpful! When I arrived I was offered a drink and then whisked away to a very relaxing waiting space. I enjoyed a few sips of my wine but not too much bc I didn't want to have to use the bathroom during my massage. Lol My massage was with Lekia who is excellent and also professional. She really made me feel comfortable and definitely hit all my trouble spots... there were many! I walked away from my massage feeling very refreshed. My only regret is doing 30 mins but since this was my initial visit , I played it safe. I will never just do 30 mins again here because this experience was GREAT from start to finish! Great place and people! They give wonderful massages and foot baths prior to massage session. The ambiance is just right as well.

My father-parent goes here often and had purchased me a gift card for my bday last year. I finally decided to use it and made an appointment for a 90-min hot stone massage with Phillip. I'd had their chair services previously at a private party and some local events. The chair services are great but don't compare to the full overall massage experience. At the time of my appt, I was greeted by the receptionist. She wore her mask, took my temp and provided me with hand sanitizer. I was instructed to keep my mask on. I was introduced to Phillip (the masseuse) who also kept his mask on. In the spa room, I was given a complimentary foot bath/soak before the massage begin. I've had other massages in the past, but this massage was the best by far! The stones added good pressure and the heat eased achy, tight muscles. I left feeling beyond relaxed (imagine melted butter). They also offer sauna treatment and other wellness products/ services. I have nothing bad to say about this place, and honestly I've never heard anyone else say anything bad about Life Touch. The staff is pretty amazing and the space is clean, yet warm and inviting. I think I find a little piece of heaven on earth today. Today, my husband and I are celebrating 11 years of marriage. Normally, we would be on a tropical getaway, but Covid-19 changed those plans. We decided a couple's massage would be a good substitute. I asked for recommendations and the overwhelming response was we had to come to Life Touch. They moved some things around to accommodate us for our anniversary. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted. Our temperatures were taken and we were offered water. We had a pleasant conversation with the receptionist as we waited for our appointment time. Our massage therapists came out and got us. The massages I received from Phillip and my husband received from Brittney were absolutely amazing! These were some of the best massages we have ever received. We will most certainly be back soon! The last time I had a massage was one month prior to the closing of this type of business during the pandemic. Do I have to say, much needed. My mom and I both agreed we needed a massage ASAP! Thanks to fellow Yelpers, Life Touch had some great reviews. I tried to book through their website but for the day and time I wanted I couldn't find two people who were scheduled at the same time. I called and the nice receptionist sent an email and Sonya and Phillip responded and I booked the Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage 60 mins. They were awesome!!! My mom enjoyed her massage with Sonya and my massage with Phillip has me ready to book again! He was very attentive and I was comfortable throughout the experience. I was told when I made the appointments, it was a clean space and they follow COVID precautions, all true. What a great way to start the 1st day of Spring, 2021!!! I'll be back! read more

This was my first time hear. I received a gift card for Christmas and decided to wait until I had some down time to utilize it. When I got there the receptionist was very friendly. She offered me something to drink and took me back to the waiting area. The ambiance was very relaxing. I was scheduled for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. I waited (not long) and Lemar came and got me when the room was ready. He did ask my music preference and I told him it didn't matter because I knew if this was going to be a good massage that I wouldn't be paying attention to the music anyway lol. I was treated with a foot soak and then the most AMAZING massage. I've been to other spas for massages, but hands down this is the best one! Book with Lemar and you will be pleased. Lifetouch massage - what can I say! This is the best kept secret in Birmingham!!! My first and every visit thus far has been amazing. The ambiance is relaxing - just what you need to soothe the mind and spirit. The foot bath prior to the massage was new to me, but it was really nice. This place is amazing. I have been getting massages for a few years now, but stopped during the pandemic. I visited Life Touch Massage for the first time on 2/4/2021. I booked online the day before and scheduled a 90 minute with Lakeisha Nixon. Booking was very easy. The prices and massage descriptions were listed on the website. I was relieved that masks were being worn by all staff and they did a temperature check at the door. After checking in for my massage at the front desk, Lakeisha came and brought me back to the massage room. She soaked and massaged my feet while she was asking questions about my expectations for the session. The massage she performed was exactly what I needed. The massage table was heated which was really nice with the cold weather. The lights were dim and calming music played during my session. Overall excellent experience and I am so happy to have found my new place to go for regular massages. Highly recommend this establishment for anyone with back pain (like me) or that just wants to relax. read more

I called a few places to see about getting a massage and no one could fit me in. Well when I called Life Touch the gentleman who answered was super nice and professional. He told me he could get me in within a half hour! Now let me tell you about my experience. I have had many full body massages. In NY, Dallas, on vacations at resorts. This one was better than all of them. I believe the gentleman who massaged me was Rashad. I am so sorry if I am getting his name wrong because he deserves recognition. He asked me how I liked the pressure and I told him light to medium. I am one who wants to relax not get beat up. Well he did a perfect job. I wish he lived close to me I would be there once a week!!
