I underwent cryotherapy body contouring at Healing Waters in January 2026 and developed a large…read morecircular area of hyperpigmentation on my abdomen following treatment. Initially, I was told the discoloration was normal bruising and was advised to use a bruise cream. I was also told it would likely resolve within a few weeks. However, the mark remains visible five months later. What has been most disappointing is not simply that a complication occurred, as I understand every cosmetic procedure carries risks. My concern is that there was no meaningful discussion beforehand about the possibility of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), and when the discoloration persisted, I was not provided with a clear treatment plan, timeline, refund, or other corrective action. I reached out multiple times, provided photographs, and expressed concern about the persistence of the pigmentation. While I received reassurance that the area was healing, I was not given specific recommendations beyond continued observation. The discoloration has improved somewhat but remains noticeable. Had I been fully informed that a visible mark could persist for five months or longer, I would have weighed my decision differently. I hope that by January (a year later) my scar will resolve. I additionally had paid for 6 colonics upfront but have been hesitant about returning. They have not reached out or followed up with me whatsoever. It's a loss and I feel insecure about this. I encourage prospective clients to ask detailed questions about the risks of pigmentation changes, expected recovery timelines, and what support is available if complications occur.

The hospital didn't have one clue what was wrong and why a 19yr old athletic child was in full cardiac arrest. He stayed in ICVU for 3 weeks still no diagnosis. They sent him home with meds, heart monitor and tons of doctor appointments. I watched my child lose 45lbs in a month! I was horrified of thinking I could lose my child so I HAD to find an alternative. I was introduced to Stefanie at the Ryan Clinic. She created my son a strategic plan to get him better. Fast forward to Sept 2023 he was released from under the cardiologist care after hours of testing. His heart muscles had regained there strength, he picked all his weight back up and is back in the gym training... I watch my son in ONE WEEK after following Stefanie plan start to improve.. I owe this woman my LIFE because my son would either have had a pacemaker or not with us today.. Needless to say she gained five more patients. Me, my husband and entire family I LOVE the Ryan Clinic! There are alternatives to your health!! People need to know this..

St. Vincent's has an extensive network of highly rated doctors. This was my first time in building…read more3 and things were easy to find as long as I read the signage along the way. Check in was different because you utilized kiosks in this building that gave you a suite number upon completion. You then went through a door that led you to a long hallway of booths/office stations with suite numbers. Find yours, check in again with the individual at your designated suite and await being called for your appointment. I will say that the person I came in contact with to check in at my suite was lackluster. Could have been having a long day. Working with the public can be a drag. Not rude... just had no personality. Although it took a while to be seen - my physician was thorough, knowledgeable and willing to address any questions or concerns I may have had at the time. I have been a patient of this practice for years and it seems like in the past couple of years the…read moreexperience has been on the decline. Initially the frustration came from the long waiting times at appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late you must reschedule but if you were on time, I have experienced wait times of over 45 minutes before even being called back and an additional 45 minutes to an hour in the waiting room. This has improved but now you must wait extremely long times for lab results, making me think the labs are not going out daily. I had blood drawn on Monday and didn't receive results until Friday for results that other offices provide same day or next day. I have blood that was drawn on Wednesday and Wednesday has come again and still no results, so if it is an urgent matter this would not be the practice to visit. I do enjoy the care I receive from the providers, they are easy to speak with and knowledgeable in their fields. It's just some categories where the practice is missing the mark.

Your life and time will be of no importance I found a lump in my breast in February of 2021. Made an appointment to visit my physician. At my appointment, I was told that I WAS OK and IT WAS NOT CANCER and to follow up in 6 months. I followed up with Eastern OBGYN in the 6 months only to be told I have stage 3 breast cancer and it's spreading fast. I am 28. My initial visit when I discovered the lump was with Eastern OBGYN PC where I have been a patient since 2017. Where my medical records note that I have complained of breast pain since 2017 and I have a family history of cancer. I was told by my oncologist that the abnormalities were noted in my initial exam back in February of 2021 but the drs didn't think anything of it because of my age. I am only 28 years old. I was 27 at the time of my diagnosis in September of 2021. 6 months after I noticed the lump, notified my physician, and was told I was ok.Not one person of any status within this hospital system has apologized for such a careless mistake. After 6 rounds of intense chemo, losing all of my hair.. a double mastectomy and an infection from the double mastectomy and over a month of radiation 5 days a week I am still having issues with this hospital system. Currently, I am in the process of completing 14 additional rounds of chemo and an additional drug. Dr. Ashley Fry is great. Dr. Anna Knight is literally an Angel on earth. She saved my life. The nurses are sent from heaven. Even after the surgery, I was bleeding profusely from one of my breast nipples, I visited my physician in tears and was told I was OK, it was not an infection and to just go home. A few weeks later, I myself discovered a huge infected hole on this very same breast that I was told by the doctors within this system that it was not an infection and I was ok and to go home. Again, I was ignored. I went to the ER a couple of weeks later and was told I had an infection and they had to remove the implant that was just placed bc of the reconstruction and mastectomy.
