The office/support staff are all nice and display patience when engaged with patients. I specifically see Dr. Christian Dey and she is the absolute best! Her practice is busy so I recommend trying to stick to your appt time when you schedule it. I had to reschedule an appt and it took a couple of months for me to get another appt. All of my appointments are typically quick but thorough. The offices are closed from 12 to 1 for lunch but if you arrive during this period, you can still sign in ; the check- in process is easy and fairly quick. I really like coming to Eastern OB Gyn ...I always have a good experience.

Your life and time will be of no importance I found a lump in my breast in February of 2021. Made an appointment to visit my physician. At my appointment, I was told that I WAS OK and IT WAS NOT CANCER and to follow up in 6 months. I followed up with Eastern OBGYN in the 6 months only to be told I have stage 3 breast cancer and it's spreading fast. I am 28. My initial visit when I discovered the lump was with Eastern OBGYN PC where I have been a patient since 2017. Where my medical records note that I have complained of breast pain since 2017 and I have a family history of cancer. I was told by my oncologist that the abnormalities were noted in my initial exam back in February of 2021 but the drs didn't think anything of it because of my age. I am only 28 years old. I was 27 at the time of my diagnosis in September of 2021. 6 months after I noticed the lump, notified my physician, and was told I was ok.Not one person of any status within this hospital system has apologized for such a careless mistake. After 6 rounds of intense chemo, losing all of my hair.. a double mastectomy and an infection from the double mastectomy and over a month of radiation 5 days a week I am still having issues with this hospital system. Currently, I am in the process of completing 14 additional rounds of chemo and an additional drug. Dr. Ashley Fry is great. Dr. Anna Knight is literally an Angel on earth. She saved my life. The nurses are sent from heaven. Even after the surgery, I was bleeding profusely from one of my breast nipples, I visited my physician in tears and was told I was OK, it was not an infection and to just go home. A few weeks later, I myself discovered a huge infected hole on this very same breast that I was told by the doctors within this system that it was not an infection and I was ok and to go home. Again, I was ignored. I went to the ER a couple of weeks later and was told I had an infection and they had to remove the implant that was just placed bc of the reconstruction and mastectomy. The hospital didn't have one clue what was wrong and why a 19yr old athletic child was in full cardiac arrest. He stayed in ICVU for 3 weeks still no diagnosis. They sent him home with meds, heart monitor and tons of doctor appointments. I watched my child lose 45lbs in a month! I was horrified of thinking I could lose my child so I HAD to find an alternative. I was introduced to Stefanie at the Ryan Clinic. She created my son a strategic plan to get him better. Fast forward to Sept 2023 he was released from under the cardiologist care after hours of testing. His heart muscles had regained there strength, he picked all his weight back up and is back in the gym training... I watch my son in ONE WEEK after following Stefanie plan start to improve.. I owe this woman my LIFE because my son would either have had a pacemaker or not with us today.. Needless to say she gained five more patients. Me, my husband and entire family I LOVE the Ryan Clinic! There are alternatives to your health!! People need to know this..

But what really beats all; they called her to come in and asked her after arrival if she would do a drug test which she agreed to! First idk if this is legal to just ask out of the blue. But it came back negative for anything so this fine doctor stopped her meds that she had been taking for years!!!! St. Vincent's has an extensive network of highly rated doctors. This was my first time in building…read more3 and things were easy to find as long as I read the signage along the way. Check in was different because you utilized kiosks in this building that gave you a suite number upon completion. You then went through a door that led you to a long hallway of booths/office stations with suite numbers. Find yours, check in again with the individual at your designated suite and await being called for your appointment. I will say that the person I came in contact with to check in at my suite was lackluster. Could have been having a long day. Working with the public can be a drag. Not rude... just had no personality. Although it took a while to be seen - my physician was thorough, knowledgeable and willing to address any questions or concerns I may have had at the time. My appointments tend to last less than 30 minutes since I haven't had any abnormalities or issues. I tend to get confused about where to park and how to reach the office (likely since I only come once a year) but I manage to make my way there each time. I feel like she is personally interested in my health and satisfaction with every visit. I look forward to seeing her. My children have seen Suzanne Vickers, the PA. She is very good at what she does and has the sweetest way with kids. She always remembers us and we chat like old friends when we see her. We've seen Dr. Glick just once, but she was very professional too. The staff have been helpful and courteous. We had some issues when our insurance didn't want to cover one medication but the staff worked it out for me by submitting a prior authorization form (my prescription insurance can be difficult to work with so I appreciate the way they handled it). I've been so many times that I can't give an actual number and we are usually called back to see the doctor after waiting from 0-15 minutes past the appointment time. I think most doctors' offices are like that. Once, we had to wait an hour, but that has never happened again (I guess everyone has a bad day). When you go, wear a sweater (even in the summer) because the waiting room is really cold! I'd recommend Dr. Groysman and her staff to anyone who needs a caring and thorough dermatologist.

When making this appointment over three weeks ago I was told that they had a cancellation and if I didn't take this appointment I would have to wait until October. I arrived for my appointment at 10:15 a.m. which is fairly standard for most medical practices, and I was told that the CRNP (Dr. Allyson Gilstrap was on leave so I wasn't even going to see a doctor ) could not see me since I was not there at 10:00 a.m. To be fair, it was suggested, not mandated, to be there a half an hour early to fill out paperwork which would have taken maybe 10 minutes. But I was not made aware that if I was not there by 10:00 a.m. on the dot I would not be seen. I should have been told that. They asked me if I could come back at 3:00 p. m. That would not work for me and I said no and walked out. What is the purpose of making an appointment and arriving early just to be turned away for not being there a half an hour early!! Who does that?? I've never heard of such a thing!! And I should have been able to fill the paperwork out online like most medical practices offer now, and not this out-of-date system. I hope that the person/persons running this place rethink their policies because this clearly is not the way to treat new, potential and existing patients. Turning away a new patient for not being a half an hour early for their appointment is very suspect to say the least. I have since spoken to several people that I know in the medical profession and told them of my experience with this practice and they outright told me this is absolutely wrong.
