The staff are extremely knowledgeable about all of their products, and can give you quite a few hints as to what to use each thing for, and they're great about finding exactly what you need even if you weren't sure what it was at first. We've gone in there wanting to get a tea, for this mood, or feeling this way, or just to experiment with a new flavor and after just a couple of simple questions they had several suggestions, and you can sample some of the oils, teas, etc.. They do have a few places to sit if you want to have a nice small pot of hot tea while you work. This time I got a two-pack of huge (about 18 inches by 12 inches) poofy ones called taboons - $5 for the two of them and each weighed about a pound. They're very good plain, with olive oil and maybe a bit of flaky sea salt and/or rosemary, with butter, or in sandwiches and pizzas.
