3/4 cup Florida Pepper lasts a long time $13.49

We love Penzeys! been buying spices here since they opened in Naperville so many Spice blends and choices spices here are extremely top quality contrary to what people think spices are cheaper than buying them at the grocery store.. come in different quantities::: my favorites are Florida Pepper California Pepper Vanilla Sugar all the different types of spices for baking & Cinnamon... Different types of Vanilla Soup bases Raspberry enlightenment now we're starting to try other new spices too with newer sample packages a huge perk is Penzeys offers many free items with purchase we just got $19 sampler pack with $4 purchase they have different recipes & online ordering too

A Penzeys cupboard is a happy cupboard.

I love everything about this store. The set-up is very user friendly. They're grouped together in ways that just make sense. Because of the set-up, I can find spices faster in a Penzey's storeroom than I can in a single isle at the grocery store. The variety of spices here is staggering. --do I want cinnamon from China, Indonesia, Vietnam or perhaps Ceylon Cinnamon? Maybe a blend of all of them? Frequently, you receive free herbs, spices, or blends if you spend more than $50. -which is an absolute given to me. With jars to pop open and smell, I always find myself walking out with much more than I intended. Best of all, they are not that much more expensive than buying from your local grocery store -yet they're so much fresher and a much higher quality than anything you can find there.

I've bought from Penzeys for years, and the prices are fair, they have huge variety of top quality herbs and spices.

I would recommend going elsewhere. The spices are constantly dry and without flavor. They are essentially selling overpriced dust

The spices are good. The blends are good. There really isn't a better place nearby for spices or specialty food stuff.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable about all of their products, and can give you quite a few hints as to what to use each thing for, and they're great about finding exactly what you need even if you weren't sure what it was at first. We've gone in there wanting to get a tea, for this mood, or feeling this way, or just to experiment with a new flavor and after just a couple of simple questions they had several suggestions, and you can sample some of the oils, teas, etc.. They do have a few places to sit if you want to have a nice small pot of hot tea while you work. We've made this a minimum of once or twice a week visit, and suggest the same for anyone wanting quality tea, seasonings, essential oils, etc.

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly, sharing recommendations for different flavor combinations between olive oils and balsamic vinegar. I would highly recommend The Tea Tree for all of your tea, vinegar and olive oil needs and chill vibes.

They have fresh produce as well as a meat shop and a decent selection of Middle Eastern and Asian groceries. They hade a good selection of the Turkish delights that looked fresh and home made, We got a whole bunch of different flavors and they were all very good. The customer service could have been better. The lady behind the counter didn't seem too happy to see us but maybe she was just having a bad day. Overall, we got what we wanted and it tasted good. Kiddos were happy so, we were happy.

They also have a large variety of products in cans, jars, and packages - olives, nuts, grains, spices, stuffed grape leaves, etc. But my favorite is the excellent selection of flatbreads. This time I got a two-pack of huge (about 18 inches by 12 inches) poofy ones called taboons - $5 for the two of them and each weighed about a pound. They're very good plain, with olive oil and maybe a bit of flaky sea salt and/or rosemary, with butter, or in sandwiches and pizzas. The listed ingredients are flour, water, milk, sugar, salt, and yeast - no junk and they taste neither sweet nor salty. Plus, if you've not been here, it will be a fun place to explore.
