I went there tonight with excitement after reading of the express store opening. I was excited with trying the spicy tofu soup and ordered the no.17 on the menu.
When I pick up my order I noticed they made me no.13 on the menu (noodles). I advised them I actually ordered no.17 but they insisted I ordered no.13. After many attempts back and forth they refused to correct my order and still insisted I said 13.
As a customer I know which one I order and did not appreciate being accused that I was in the wrong. What happened to the customer is always right?
I ended up taking my incorrect order anyway with great frustration.
Sadly after my first experience I will never go back and will advise my family and friends to spend there money elsewhere. It's a shame as this would have been my new weekly Korean eatery as I work close by.
