I think it is very slippery to make these claims unless you actually have some kind of award, which states that you are the best. Let's Meat (which is a great name), is an example of this as they claim to be the best Korean Barbeque on the north shore. I actually don't know of any other strictly Korean Barbeque restaurant on the north shore so maybe it's true purely out of circumstance. Anyway they are good but at a minimum of $32 a head you would expect them to be. I am a fan of Korean Barbeque, but what I am not a fan of is going to a restaurant and having to cook my own food, which is the case at Let's Meat, some people find this a fun novelty, I rather think I can cook my own food at home and not pay $32 for the experience, when I go out for dinner one of the reasons is that I don't have to cook myself. The Chefs here come and show you what to do, but in the end you are cooking for yourself. I don't mean to sound too negative, the food is very tasty, but next time I would go somewhere where someone else cooks it.

He also hovered around us uncomfortably and we couldn't help but laugh as he stood a meter away from our table and watched us eat, because we weren't ready for him to clear our table just yet. I would recommend trying the Kimchi Jjigae if you want to try something very Korean, but be warned it is kinda spicy. I really like it, but I know that it is an acquired taste. Another excellent option would be their 'Soban Bulgogi' which is a spin on the traditional marinated beef. I know that when I've introduced my friends to the restaurant that they've enjoyed this dish. This is one of my favourite restaurants in Chatswood.
