Service is phenomenal, the staff were all so kind. Food was ok overall. Didn't like the mozzarella sticks. But everyday happy hour at the bar.

Great food!! Great service and great place to have dinner with friends. I love that it's so near the house, found a new favorite restaurant and so happy about it!! Me and my friends loved everything. Ambiance is amazing :)))) JC was great!

Hidden gem in SW Vegas. Location is unassuming but they have a sneaky good happy hour and consistently fantastic service. I'm always skeptical about places with large menus, but this place is an exception. The happy hour menu is gigantic and features a lot of unique offering of American, Italian, and Asian fusion options. I've tried a few items that are good but the standouts in particular would be their octopus, pesto gnocchi, and vodka rigatoni. Happy hour items vary in portion depending on the ingredients, but 4-6 items should be enough to split for 2 people depending on what you're getting.

Very quaint restaurant for a week day dinner. The Sparklings has a great menu containing a lot of pasta and entree options with various cocktails and drinks. We went on a Tuesday night and it was quiet, so food came out quick. Price is affordable and could even add $1 to some of the items. Would love to see this place more modernized and nicer and would draw in a younger crowd, so much potential here. We ordered a variety of starters so I have a few to recommend. Definitely get the entree Pesto Gnocchi, it was lightly chewy and yummy and more than enough as my meal. Food: - Bacon & Date Meatballs - Brussels Sprouts w Bacon - Burrata Salad - Seared Scallops w polenta - Pesto Sausage Gnocchi - Yum!

I stumbled upon this hidden gem for happy hour a bit too late! It's been there for over 10 years and I had no clue. They have $8 happy hour that starts from 5 pm- close, yes you heard me right!! We tried pesto gnocchi, beef sliders and Mac n cheese balls, every thing tasted great. They also served warm bread with butter on the house. Lots of nice drink options. Service was great, staff is very pleasant and helps each other out.

I can't believe we hadn't come across this place sooner. We're always on the lookout for good pasta spots with variety and reasonable prices, and The Sparklings checks all the boxes. We arrived around 8:30 PM for happy hour and sat in the bar area. From the happy hour menu, we ordered the calamari, scallops and polenta, and vodka sauce meatballs. Everything was amazing, but the scallops and polenta really stood out. We also thought the vodka sauce was perfect. For our main dishes, my husband got the Italian sausage vodka rigatoni and I got the shrimp and crab ravioli with Alfredo and extra shrimp. Both were delicious. I'll probably go with the vodka sauce next time because I kept reaching for his plate. The staff was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and quick to bring out our food and apps. The inside is stylish and spacious, with room to accommodate different group sizes. We're already looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu.

Hidden Gem for Happy Hour Lovers! If you're hunting for a spot in Vegas that does happy hour right, The Sparklings absolutely delivers -- and then some. Their happy hour runs from 5 PM until close, and a lot of on the menu is just $8 each -- which honestly feels like a steal considering the quality and presentation. I tried 6 items * Mini Burrata Salad - creamy, fresh, and perfectly balanced with tangy tomatoes. * Grilled Baby Octopus - tender with just the right smoky char. * Chicken Thigh Skewers - juicy, flavorful, and grilled to perfection. * Seared Scallop & Polenta - buttery scallops over smooth, comforting polenta. * Pesto Gnocchi - soft, pillowy gnocchi coated in vibrant basil pesto. * Cajun Shrimp Linguine - rich and packed with flavor. And let's talk about the drinks -- the Whiskey Mango cocktail was a standout. It's the perfect balance of sweet and bold, tropical yet sophisticated. Definitely one of my new happy hour favorites. The interior truly sparkles -- gold accents, cozy lighting, and chic details make it feel modern yet welcoming. It's elegant without being pretentious, and there's always a good vibe here. The staff were also fantastic -- friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. Their recommendations were spot-on, and everything arrived quickly and beautifully plated. Whether you're here for cocktails, dinner, or just good vibes, The Sparklings is a hidden gem you'll want to keep coming back to. Highlights: * Happy Hour from 5PM-close, all $8! * Must-try Whiskey Mango * Flavorful fusion dishes that look as good as they taste * Sparkling interior & cozy ambiance * Super friendly staff

When I say Jay-Z was our waiter and Customer Service was was perfected outstanding I literally have no complaints. This is my first time eating at this restaurant and I'm gonna sit here and tell you guys I will definitely be back for date night. Every dish was hot fresh seasoned well. The cook should get paid more the ambience is still delightful. The atmosphere was light the music was perfect. This literally does not get enough views and I'm gonna see her and give you guys a heads up. Do not sleep on this red line. Our bill for everything we had was only $68 and I ordered almost everything on the happy hour menu. You're missing out if you don't know about this place.

Had the chance to finally try Sparklings this week, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! It's been on my must try list for a while, and I'm sooo glad I stopped by. First off, their daily happy hour from 5 PM to close is INSANE -- everything on the happy hour menu is just $8, and the variety is unreal. The portion sizes were surprisingly generous, and my friend and I left completely stuffed. Even their popular cocktails were included in the happy hour deal! Every dish was packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. Some standouts for me were the grilled octopus, fish and chips, cajun shrimp linguine, meatballs with vodka sauce (those meatballs were massive!), and the KBBQ skewers. Honestly, everything was so delicious I couldn't stop myself from indulging. Also, GET THE EARL GREY TIRAMISU!! Literally the best dessert I've had at a restaurant omg.. Pro tip: come with stretchy pants, you're going to need all the space in your stomach haha. The service was excellent too -- the staff was super attentive and gave us great recommendations, which really helped with the overwhelming number of options. The atmosphere was classy with the sparkling chandelier and vibrant neon sign, but it still felt cozy and welcoming. Also, as a huge clam chowder fan, I was so thrilled to see it on the menu. It was hearty, packed with chunky clams, and so satisfying... With the UNBEATABLE prices, flavorful food, and amazing service, this restaurant definitely earned a new regular. Can't wait to come back! Thank you, Sparklings!!!

Their all day $8 happy hour menu is incredible!! Loved the variety and there's so much to choose from. Recommend the rigatoni vodka pasta!

    Shrimp Tempura and Mushroom

I ordered Sparklings through Uber Eats and honestly I was very impressed. We got the shepherds pie, brussels sprouts with bacon, calamari, and the shrimp tempura and mushroom spaghetti. The Shepherds Pie was surprisingly AMAZING and easily the best thing we ordered. It was packed with flavor and was not lacking anything at all. The shrimp tempura and mushroom spaghetti was not overly flavorful, which I actually loved because I could add the perfect amount of salt myself. You cannot come back from something being too salty. The brussels sprouts had the perfect crunch with great flavor and made an excellent side dish to go with any meal. Calamari is a must for me at every Italian restaurant, and this one did not disappoint. It was lightly breaded and still arrived hot, which is impressive considering the drive. All of the dishes were clearly prepared and served with care, which I really appreciate. I would definitely love to try more entrées from this place and even dine in sometime because the ambience looks pretty relaxed and inviting.

Been here several times. Always enjoyed the food here. They have a great HH $8 selection. The servings are good for sharing. They have a good space for gatherings. They also have private spaces if you want an intimate gathering with friends. This place has been open for quite sometime. Nice place to chill

I didn't know this while I was dining, but I wasn't surprised to find out later that this spot is ranked among the top 10 best vegan restaurants in the country! Everything from the ambiance to the service to the food was top-tier. Our waiter greeted us warmly and seated us relatively quickly despite the restaurant being packed. Once we were settled, he gave us a great overview of the menu: everything is plant-based, they use high-quality ingredients, and they even avoid seed oils due to their link to inflammation. They also have a full gluten-free menu available for those with further dietary restrictions. The menu itself is phenomenal, featuring a large variety of Italian dishes and a brunch menu with pancakes. We ordered the Mascarpone Pancakes and the Ultimate Margherita Pizza. ******HIDDEN GEM***for CHEESE and Sandwiches*********…read more Cured & Whey is a small, not fancy, deli place with WINES and specialty items. But the main dig here is the cheese. If you do or have done wine tasting in California it's very much that same kind of feel here. This place is located in an industrial Park that is a short distance from Mandalay Bay. We knew that we wanted to try some of the cheeses. They also offer soup, salad, and a menu of sandwiches. Today they also offered two special sandwiches. We ordered the two special sandwiches (Tuna Melt & Mortadella) and a cheese board with added Truffle Cheese. We knew it would be too much food so we had 1/2 of the sandwiches wrapped to go. (and latter brought home a lot of the cheese board). I tried the Tuna Melt Special. It was served on very good toasted sour dough bread. The tuna was different and was made by Hobbs. It seemed more like fresh tuna than over baked canned tuna. It was embellished nicely with fire roasted tomatoes, pepperoncini, and provolone. I liked that it wasn't drippy or messy. But I do have to say that this isn't a traditional tuna melt because the cheese was part of the tuna salad. Still it was good so I can't complain. My husband enjoyed the Mortadella Special. He said that the mortadella was a higher quality than what most places sell. We tred a variety of cheese on our cheese board. The board was adorned with bread, figs, and corn nuts. What stood out were THE CHEESES. They all had a special creaminess to them and they all had flavors to them that surpass any cheeses that you can buy at your local market. The people there were friendly and helpful. Someone who was either an owner or manager asked us how everything was. Nice little extra casual Gem near to the Strip for Cheese, a Sandwich and maybe some wine.
