To put it bluntly, John completely shattered my expectations and went above and beyond what I thought a full service agent could do for us. I was looking for someone with demonstrated experience, a good reputation, solid connections in the local real estate market and who was extremely detail-and-results oriented. I interviewed agents in the beginning, and selecting John was a no brainer after seeing his presentation. He knew the market and demographics, but what won me over was his hands on ability to prepare a property for sale and market it (most agents just talk about what they are going to do for you, but he had a portfolio with video and pictures of his work). His design aesthetics and construction background caught my attention - a John Beeney trademark and bonus that not many agents have, which proved invaluable. John treated the prepping and sale of our condo like it was his own home. I think he practically lived there for two weeks, pondering on paint colors for the walls, tackling lighting issues, replacing fixtures, completely resurfacing and painting a marble fireplace, mending carpet, directing a team of people to bring everything up to his incredibly high standards. No detail went unnoticed. As if that weren't enough, John even spent a significant amount of his own money to add finishing touches and fixtures, clean, take professional photos, create dazzling marketing materials and design a website. All in two weeks. When it came time to show the property, John knew exactly how to generate the right level of excitement and enthusiasm. Offers came in a mere week after hitting the market. I would not hesitate to recommend John as a realtor in SF. He is as good as it gets!

My wife and I just closed on our first home last month, and Danny Hardt made it happen! Danny came…read morehighly recommended through a few of our friends after meeting with a few realtors previously and not being impressed.  We contacted Danny and after meeting with him immediately liked his approach and style. He was friendly, helpful, and had a ton of knowledge on this CRAZY market. We are first-time buyers who had been looking at houses with Danny starting in March (2021).  Danny was ON IT from the beginning.  He is super well-organized and very responsive through email, texts and phone calls.  He takes so much stress out of the home-buying process and stays positive, even when you face some tough rejections!  Throughout our time working with Danny, he always made us feel like his top priority giving us what seemed like a red carpet and white glove service.  He was fast at scheduling showings for us (week or weekend, pretty much whatever we needed) and was always quick to respond to our texts, phone calls and emails.  He also made sure to check-in with us via phone when we needed further explanations. This housing market is CRAZY!  But Danny is the way to go to help make sense of the insanity. There were times where we felt discouraged by the competitiveness and our pickiness and wondered if we should even keep looking. Danny was always reassuring, always available to answer questions and make things clear for us, and always had our best interests at heart.  He was honest and realistic, but NEVER pushed us to go beyond our comfort zone with offers.  He made sure that we were protected and that we were considering the pros/cons with every offer we put on the table.  Above all - he was PATIENT.  Especially since I'm sure we were picky clients for him and sometimes might seem too picky or obnoxious.  He helped us to see that we should be patient too, and he reminded us that you have to date around before you find your true love. Our 4th offer (on our favorite house that really felt like home) got accepted after seeing 52 total homes over 2 months!  We had a superfast close, but Danny made sure it all happened smoothly.  Between him and his team at Luxe Realty Group we were in great hands!  It felt like he worked around the clock to make sure everything fell into place exactly how it needed to, and we are SO grateful to him. Bottom line - if you are going to buy a house in this market that is super unpredictable and crazy, go with Danny Hardt!  Whether if you're a first-time buyer, buyer or a seller, he makes an overwhelming process that feels like (and possibly is) the biggest purchase of your life, feel very doable and smooth.  Beyond that he sees you as a person and a family and treats the entire process as if it was his own family searching for their home.  After working with Danny for 2 months I can honestly say that while I am SO relieved to be in our home and no longer searching, I will miss his upbeat phone calls, text messages and emails.  His energy, humor, and positivity are exactly what we needed during this process! We will TOTALLY be referring friends/family to Danny and will use him again when we decide to buy another property or sell in the future.

We were looking for a multi-generational home for our family. His decades of experience in this market, and the countless professional relationships he has cultivated, helped us to find the right home for our family. Matt has a great relationship with both buying and selling agents, loan officers, contractors and inspectors.
