Working there was a pleasant experience that fit all of our needs. We were able to conduct calls with ease using the aesthetically pleasing meeting rooms. The design of the main space was very conducive to working, with numerous, comfortable seating options. The kitchen was beautiful and perfectly clean. Soft music plays in the main space that provides an up beat ambience, where you can have normal conversations and not feel like you are distracted by anything going on around you. A very pleasant experience, and I look forward to using this space again!

I luckily live walking distance so it's easy for me to get to. They charge $5 an hour for Wifi (or $25 a day), which I think is totally reasonable since there is unlimited coffee included, and I'd probably pay that or more at a coffee shop anyway. They have tons of outlets, and even offer chargers, mouse, keyboard, monitors if needed. If you are here during lunch time, there is a ton of great restaurants nearby to eat at or pick up food to eat while you work. I have a dog, and it's nice that they are super dog friendly! After some Googling, I came across NEON and decided to call. Teddy answered and immediately scheduled a time to help me out. Even though I wasn't able to make it on the originally scheduled day, Teddy went above and beyond and came in on a day when the space was already booked for an event and very busy. He helped me get everything done quickly and efficiently. This was also around the holidays, so I'm especially grateful for the extra effort. NEON is a co-working space, but it has such a friendly, down-to-earth vibe. I really appreciate their flexible pricing model. You can pay for a day pass ($25) or by the hour ($5), which makes it affordable without feeling locked into a subscription you have to constantly justify. I'll definitely be coming back to do work here more often, meet people, and enjoy the amenities. There's even an outdoor space, which is a great bonus. Huge shoutout to Teddy and the NEON team for creating such a vibrant, cozy, and inviting space. Everyone is genuine, thoughtful, and happy to help with anything you might need. Highly recommend. Definitely check it out!

That way, I can BART my way in and avoid the hassle of driving to SF and finding/paying for parking + potentially getting Cordelia's (my car) windows smashed. This location is super convenient--less than a 10 minute walk from the Montgomery BART station and right by Chinatown (less than 0.5 miles from a couple superrrr affordable dim sum places). The staff is friendly and very helpful. When my app was being dumb and not letting me online, they helped me to troubleshoot/fixed stuff up for me. The workspaces are very pleasant and clutter-free. There are phone rooms available that are actual rooms (vs a tinybooth as with another location) if you need to make calls/talk. There are a variety of free teas (mint, chai, earl grey, Jasmine green, roasted matcha, breakfast...) and a couple different types of coffee available (diff milks available in the fridge). I happened to be here on a day where they had a "brown paper bag nostalgia" event where you could pack a little bag with snacks (Oreos, chips ahoy, fruit snacks, microwave popcorn, lollipops, caprisun) and a "Teacher's Pet" drink (ginger ale, apple cider, and a little spiced rum with fresh lime). (For the record, I typically don't drink any alcohol since I can always taste the alcohol and hate the taste, but this was super tasty!! He went light on the alcohol though so several people went to the front desk to get an extra shot of alcohol added to theirs.) P.S.
