It's entirely possible. I could go here all by myself on a random night, see someone I know, and have a blast. Everyone is, for the most part, so friendly. The drink prices are pretty hard to beat, and the location is incredible. FSU Football game days here are the absolute best. The P will always have a special place in my heart.

I was in Tallahassee to celebrate my wonderful stepdaughter's graduation from film school. She picked the spot and we were there for it. There is an adjoining pizza kitchen, which serves up awesomeness. My stepdaughter had ordered some kind of buttered rolls, which were good for soaking up alcohol, but we were hungry and ordered the spicy buffalo chicken pizza. It was delicious! I am not afraid of spice at all, but it was too much for everyone else. Aside from the spice, the ingredients were all quite well prepared. The crust was light and not at all like a New York pizza crust, but I wasn't home and it was still delicious. **side note- I have this really tasty cocktail but I can't remember what it was because I had several and they were really tasty. There are lots of pool tables; some are coin-op and others you rent. Depending on which table you're playing at, you might not be close to a TV monitor. There are a number of big screens inside, but nearly enough that they should be calling themselves a sports bar in my opinion. The bar is OK and the staff were pleasent enough. I tried their deep friend mushrooms. They were actually pretty good! But heads up. This place charges a mandatory gratuity of 18% on all orders with the exception of visitors coming in early M-Th. Add that on top of already high prices and you're in pretty deep. Advice: in Florida (and most states), paying mandatory gratuity charges are not actually required (or legal) and they cannot force you to pay it. If you're dissatisfied with your service, you can line out the mandatory gratuity and put in whatever you feel is appropriate. However, I've also heard that it may be legal as long as it is posted...which it was. I would have rated another star higher had it not been for the mandatory gratuity...which is the highest I've ever run into in my travels. As a single traveler, I don't feel the overall price was reasonable. So I won't be back.

Cigar and spirt My friends and I have been looking for a…read morelounge that serves sprits and allows cigars. Though you cannot enjoy a cigar inside they have a nice covered area outside the lounge. Spirit availability was impressive for the size lounge. I was interested in Redbreast Irish Whiskey and they had 12, 15, and wow 21!!! The lounge inside was what I consider small, bar seating, and some table and comfortable chairs. The outside area was covered. Comfortable chairs with tables and ashtrays to handle about 25+/-. Two TV's. There are standing fans and heaters. There was no service to the outside area, so you picked-up your choice of spirit and got comfortable outside. We enjoyed our spirit and cigars with no one complaining about the smoke. It happened to be a very rainy night and the north area was a bit flooded, but no leaks from above. Pro Great selection of spirits. Cigar and I think cigarettes, evidence by butts in the ashtrays, are allowed outside. The inside lounge was very clean, as well as the two unisex bathrooms. Con The flooded area was unfortunate, but there was only three of us, and it didn't cause an issue. The Ashtrays had been mostly emptied, but not wiped down. Really not inviting to rest your cigar on a dirty ashtray. An easy wipe with a microfiber goes a long way. Not really a Con, but there was no Service outside on the Tuesday night we visited. Overall a nice experience for a dreary night. My friends and I will return, hopefully on a nicer evening. Note: If you don't bring your own cigar, the liquor store has a small selection available right next door.
