I'm not sure if it's the chemicals he's using that attracts the dirt but they look worse than when he initially cleaned them. I originally gave him 5 stars but just 32 days and they look like this? I'll just clean them myself and save the $160 dollars he charged. With that money, I can just but a water filter that hooks up to the water hose and be good. I asked for him to clean them again and he blamed the weather and saying he had a lot of dust this year. In 32 days? It should not look like this. Very disappointing that he didn't try to make it right and come back for free to clean them or atleast offer a discount.

We have an older solar system that suddenly stopped generating. I had no idea who to call for a repair and took a chance with Diamond Solar Solutions after doing a quick online search for recommendations. Brad came out 3 days after my initial call and within a few moments diagnosed my problem. He found that the initial installer had failed to ziptie the connectors and wiring so that they would not sit in a puddle of water after it rained. I was so grateful for Brad's efficient and competent service. He practically ran to get his ladder and get right on the job realizing that time was money. He was thorough, personable, and patient explaining what he had found. Diamond Solar Solutions will be my 1st point of contact for any future solar issues. They were honest and straight forward. Based on this I decided to call, them for a quote to expand my solar and battery storage systems. They are the 800-pound gorilla for this in our little community for this. I called on a Thursday. So, on Tuesday, I called back. She was not in, so I asked to have her return my call. Wednesday came and went, Thursday came and went, as did Friday, Monday, and every day since. You have to wonder why someone won't call back as promised. Even if it was to say they could not (or don't want to) do the job. But to ignore me?
