She wasn't sure if they had business ties with that particular country, so she checked. They did not have the ability to send to Brazil, but she gave me a few local shops around town that she thought could help. Now, you know you are getting good service, if a salesperson suggests their competition to you, because they did not have what you asked for. The order went out within the hour, it was delivered within 20 or 30 minutes and the arrangement was exactly like their photo. I received confirmation of my order immediately, received another email picturing the actual flower arrangement and a 3rd email letting me know it was delivered. Very impressive!! I wish they were local for me; I'd find every excuse to send flowers. Their prices were excellent, their selection was more than ample and their service was superb.

We got the $25 special and it comes with 2 plants, a vase, dirt and rocks and $5 worth of little items to decorate your terrarium. I went a little overboard and wanted to get some extra items to decorate so I paid a little extra but it was so worth it. The ladies working were so nice and helpful , they walked us through the process effortlessly. I loved to see my terrarium come to life and my mom also enjoyed how hers turned out. I will be coming back since I love the little Knick knacks and small items they have seasonally for example I one time bought a succulent giraffe type pot and haven't seen it again so I'm glad I got it when I first saw it.

She made everything so easy to understand and gave us a ton of tips to help keep our plants alive and happy. Both times the clerk informed me that the restroom was out of order. upon further inquiry I was informed that the bathroom wasn't going to be repaired as it is too expensive to repair and is not profitable. I asked the staff what they do and a salesclerk informed me that they go to the bathroom behind the store. This is a health issue, a public disservice, and shows shows a total lack of concern for loyal customers.

"tools," and Adam assisted in registering them for warranty. This is a great hardware store, and they have lots of products. Chances are they have exactly what you need!
