Meat-wise - Although tender, flavour did not penetrate through to the meat. In fact, I didn't even taste much flavour on the exterior. Portions - Somewhat small. Bun was fresh, but maybe about 6". Sandwiches do not come with fries, but the owner did add some. Brisket sandwich alone was about $12. Fat Back is a 5* on Google, but honestly, it was just ok for a quick, not super expensive bite to eat while in the Port Dover area. It is worth noting that everything is served in disposable containers, wrapped in a plastic bag, and there's no recycling containers on-site or in the area.

Service is always hit or miss the last 2 times we've visited and even when it's dead the service is slow. We have been 4 times in the last 2 years and this time was our last. Sadly Beamsville is lacking in decent restaurants, have to make a drive to get food worth the price.
