I have been a patient of Dr. Liao for many years. I have always been treated so well! I dislodged part of a filling on Saturday and called on Monday morning to see when I could be seen. I was given an appt time of 11:30. I happened to arrive a few minutes early and was taken in the back right away. Sure enough, I had pulled out a small edge of my most recent filling. We were patients for over fifteen years, but unfortunately the billing practices have gotten out of control. Similar experience to the other one-star reviews, years of low payments and estimates of zero have led to unexpected bills for $800 and being nickel and dimed for an array of random payments after we told staff that we no longer wish to be patients. We wouldn't have had the work done if we knew that we had to shell out nearly a thousand dollars! Also like other one-star reviews, we receive these surprising bills after assurances from office staff that we're "double-insured" and that the work would be covered. We feel like double suckers for dealing with these people. Beware!! Edit: Keep your payment receipts, folks!! It's that bad. read more
