I was expecting a bit more but the concept is cute. It was organized and flowed. The staff give you step bath step instructions and they go through each with you and help if you need it. If I didn't get a good deal on this I would be upset, it's not worth the price. We made two types of slime one with white glue and another with clear glue. After making and stirring the slime we were able to add charms and glitter to the slime. The staff were once again very helpful but it wasn't much to it. The space is pretty empty but I don't think they could've placed anything more in it. It was very clean and we were given lab coats to put on so we did not get anything on our clothing. Had a great experience here with my kids & wife. We made an appt that morning and were there an hour later. (It took forever to find in that monstrous mall...it's by Sears btw) The young girl that walked the kids through the process was very friendly and patient with them. It looked like fun, so my wife & I joined in on the fun as well! The kids had a blast and we took some great pictures and made some fun memories there! The place is filthy. A mess is normal mid day for a place like this... but it is just filthy. Lab coats are hung back up for re-use after each session. Staff is unfriendly. Please just act like you enjoy your job. We had to ask for everything. Ask for the scent, ask for the toppings and ask for the photo at the end. Not s good experience. Take your $24 and go to the craft store. FYI: as we were leaving, new lab coats were coming in from the cleaners. That didn't help us, my daughter had to wear a dirty one. read more

Literally horrible experience. The girls who were working were super young and did not care about anything. We had an appointment at 12 and we were not taken care of until 12:40. Then, the employee was on her phone WHILE giving the presentation. Like texting, not talking on the phone. She also had airpods in and paid absolutely no attention to my daughter and half the presentation she spent picking her fingernails. Very cool concept, especially for kids who enjoy slime. However, the website creates an illusion that your child will be wowed by the "green haired lab assistant." Be fully prepared to engage your child with the activity. There are cool side activities that add to the experience, but as previously stated, you will have to explain to your child to get them excited. Honestly, google how to make slime, get he products and make it at home. It's hard to get employees to work, so I won't be had on the young lady who was working. So i called and asked the lady on the phone how to buy an adult ticket so my husband could also enjoy our son making slime an having fun. This place is DISGUSTING! Absolutely unsanitary and a compete mess. The website makes it seem like a great experience and it's not! It's so cheap and thrown together. Your kid will stand at a table and do nothing but stir. They drop all of the ingredients in a small bowl and that's it. There are NO protective coverings as shown on the website and NO selfie photo area. They didn't even have bags for us to carry our slime out. I was so disappointed that I filed a PayPal claim for half of my money back. The service I paid for was NOT the service I received. Very disappointed! I tried to take my daughter in Saturday to check it out . The place is decorated like Crayola Experience but all about slime. I waited a long time at the cash register to get a ticket . I watched the cashier help the person in front of me said the next show started at 4. (It was five minutes til) . He excused himself and left me standing there . The next cashier came up and asked if she could help me . I said I would like the visitors pass. She said it would be s mints because the next show was 4:30. When I explained to her the gentleman just said 4. She said "we aren't ready yet". Very unprofessional! Went to the slime factory with my daughter today, the male doing the experience with the children was not enthusiastic nor friendly. He had a very neutral face the entire time and did not give the children clear directions on what they had to do next. My understanding is that if you are doing a kid activity with kids you should be a bit more happier. The experience is an hour long and honestly most of that time is the ONE person mixing EACH child's slime to finish it. The children are waiting while the person adds the finishing touches to the slime, In my opinion this should be done by the child, it's their slime and experience. Another complaint is they DO NOT have sinks to wash your hands. I wasn't not too impressed with this place. My daughter enjoyed it thought but probably will not be back. I really loved the concept specially for my 5 year old that is obsessed with slime. Everything is really clean and organized the employee Coral was extremely kind and super helpful with us. She played with my daughter with much patience a super sweet girl. I would love to have her us our tour guide again. The only downfall is I would suggest music that would of been an awesome experience. Also I would recommend for all the employees to look more friendly, happy and presentable maybe a little (Hi welcome how can I help you?) I walked in and they all looked at me and stayed quiet. Maybe a little uniform shirt too, there was a guy that every time he walked and passed by us I smiled and he looked at me, look away and kept walking a straight face since we got there. That really bothered me a little bit since we are dealing with kiddos the environment should be a very friendly one. The concept could be really cool but if the staff doesn't go along with it is not going to work. Other than that we had a lot if fun with Coral guiding us because of that I would love to go back. Disgusting, don't waste you money here. The staff is horrible, very unprofessional. My kids were so excited for this, and unfortunately had to leave the store crying because of the staff. They do not care about your kids, they do not want to work, they just want your money. I had reservation to go in today and I got a call an hour before my appointment saying that that I had to reschedule because they had no glue ! For a slime store glue is an essential aspect to what store inventory they need ! If you ask me this is very unprofessional and just not fair for us and my children! I can see what they have so many bad reviews they management is very terrible, I spoke to some employee and they told me they have no control over inventory or pricing I would say who ever owns this company really needs to step it up and get there sh*** together! This place is no longer open. I found this out tonight after booking a time slot, paying $50 for the experience and driving over an hour to get there. I took my two small children around the mall in circles for 30 minutes. I asked multiple mall employees who just pointed in one direction so we ran thinking we were late to our assigned time. As I was calling and calling the business number associated with the website to no answer or voicemail, I asked a nice Victoria's Secret employee for the location.....she said "oh I'm so sorry, you're not the first person this happened too.....it closed down recently. It's no longer here in the mall." I called another FL location that told me their franchise is not associated with the Orlando franchise but that they have been getting a lot of phone calls about it. They also had no corporate contact number to find out about getting my money back. I am currently disputing the charge but DO NOT BOOK ANYthing and please learn from my mistake. read more

We went today with a group of 6 kids. I do not intend on returning. We entered as walk ins and were told they were booked and we couldn't get in until 7pm (4 hours later). I pull up the online website and it says they have openings one hour later. He said it was wrong and went back and forth with us. We told him we will just book online for the next available since it appears they have plenty of space. He says "Go ahead, but you won't get the full experience since we are overbooked all day". WHAT? Doesn't seem like good customer service. He then gets on the phone with someone who says they can squeeze us in and they will be there to help. We return at 5 and it's not busy. At. All. Anyway, we move on to get our gear. There aren't enough sizes for the bigger kids in the party so those kids don't get coverage. We let that pass and get into the slime part. The kids enjoyed it. Part of our package included a show. Well when we "registered" we weren't told that there are times for the show. There was a 5pm show (which we weren't offered) and then a 7pm show. We had kids with us that we needed to get home and couldn't wait for the 7pm show. We were out of luck. Communication would've been nice. There aren't signs posted showing the show times during the day either. Seemed like we had to follow up A LOT to ensure we were getting what we paid for. The kids working the counter and area are doing their best (I suppose) but a manager needs to get in and observe what's going on. 2 stars because the kids didn't know better and came out with slime that they "created". read more

First of all, I wanted to do the "short" experience but was told that wasn't going to start for an hour so I paid for money for the "full" experience...the only difference of which is your child makes two slimes. When I returned 15 minutes later we were the only people there for the "experience." The place itself was not clean...the goggles were all used along with the lab coats. The floor were filthy along with the table that was used to create the slime. It took less than 10 minutes to create both slimes. The man running it kept taking the slime away from my son so he could finish it and move us along. They let you choose how to decorate the slime but you could only put a couple of things in it. You would think for the amount of money I paid he could use as many different kinds of glitter he wanted. When we finished making the slime the man let us know we could play with our slime in the adjoining room which was also completely dirty. They also had a tank of slime you could play with which I'm sure was just full of germs. When I tried cleaning up my son the paper towels they offered were cheap and didn't remove the slime. When I asked if there was soap and water we could use he told me to go to the mall bathroom. When I proceeded to the hand sanitizer it was completely out. My son is 5 and is easily entertained but after he told me he doesn't want to go back there again and I couldn't agree more. Lastly, another family was entering the store as we were leaving and they used the same upsell technique on them...saying the "shorter" experience doesn't start for another hour but how they could do the "full" experience now. That family was smart and just left. Save your money and create your own slime experience at home.
