This is another exhibit at icon Park that has been here since it's opening. It's part of the complex with the Eye and Madame Tussauds. It's a walk-through aquarium exhibit. There a brand that has many different locations throughout the world . I've been to the one in Australia for the sea life and wildlife exhibits! At the end, there is a nice little interactive pool where you can plunge your hand in the freezing cold water and pet starfish and some anemones! This is a lovely interactive spot to learn more about fish and sea life ! I highly recommend for children and kids at heart !

We came here for the animal crossing event on a Saturday and you can just tell this aquarium wasn't ready for this event. It was insanely crowded. The line to meet the character was 3 hours!! We did not wait. Weren't even allowed to wait because the line was closing. The animal crossing event didn't have much else to it. Just a paper you got to collect stamps on. And some cut outs of characters. Focusing solely on the aquarium- it was okay. You're going to find better aquariums at Sea World of course which is down the street. But it could be fun for parents with small kids. It was just pretty tiny and it's designed as a walk through which dumps you into a gift shop. You don't get much say to which exhibit you check out first. It's just kind of like a trail of fish tanks. The staff seemed pleasant and well informed. Do not go to the animal crossing event though. Please save your money. And if you want to go to an aquarium in Orlando, just try to find a deal to get into Sea World.

Super cool aquarium in such a small space! There are a few tanks that are so large that they run through several sections of the aquarium, but despite it being the same tank, there's something different to look at from each angle. Super cool and such an efficient use of space! I loved the informative tablets near each tank that tell you all about what you see! At the time we went, it was themed "Animal Crossing"! There is also a touch tank near the end of the aquarium, so cool to touch starfish and anemones! Great place to take the family and young kids! A long enough experience to fully feel worth the ticket price but small enough that it can keep the attention of young kiddos.

What a fun way to spend a few hours with a true kid at heart and animal (of all kinds) lover. This was the opening weekend for the Animal Crossing event. Great stamp rally and I learned a lot about Nintendo and marine life! The event was well organized and I must admit I was impressed by the atmosphere and the cosplay of many of the guests! I had the pleasure of attending with my own Isabell- she's a Star! Well done Sea Life- you have a wonderful staff of employees and volunteers.

Sea Life is conveniently located in a busy commercial area with plenty of shops and restaurants. Lines are long and you might have to wait about thirty minutes after you get your tickets due to Spring Break foot traffic. It looks very small from the outside, but once you're inside there's actually decent amount of sea creatures and fish for you to see. One visit is all I need and probably won't be going back again.

I visited for the first time this weekend for the animal crossing crossover. It was interesting. There were way too many people there for me to have a good time. I felt like I was waiting in line the whole time, more people watching than seeing many fish. It would have been a better experience if the crowds were more limited or queues were managed better. Overall the animal crossing stuff was super cute. The crowds were just overwhelming.

I usually love aquariums but I wasn't a huge fan of Sea Life. It just seemed dingy and in need of renovations, overpriced in my opinion. Purchasing tickets online for during the week or a pass on Groupon is recommended to make it worthwhile. If you have young kids I'm sure they would have a blast. There were quite a few interactive things for them to do. Pros: Staff was super helpful and the line moved along quickly. Highlight of the day was being able to touch a starfish! The location is also great with plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Cons: smaller than expected. Can get very crowded. Overpriced.

This was a really nice experience it showed all the different oceans and areas of the world of sea life. The real cool part was 360 degrees and seeing the sharks and creatures swimming around you. At the end you can you touch the creatures from the Pacific the water is pretty cold . Located in Icon Park.

I've never been here before, but $85 for two people seems a bit steep. But in California, it is a bit pricier, so it's fine. It's a tiny and brief exhibit, but I enjoyed looking at the sea animals on display. Since I hadn't seen a sea turtle that large before, it was very exciting.

literally SO COOL. here for epic universe and had a day to spare. money well spent! they do a lot of conservation efforts, so i did not feel that my money went to waste. the mermaid is so cool and the photo ops are awesome!

I have a passion for sea life and aquariums. The Orlando Sea Life Aquarium was a lovely surprise. They had a nice variety of fish, 2 sea turtles, Axolotyls, sharks, eels, soo many Seahorses (which is so rare at aquariums as they are hard to raise and keep alive), jellyfish, and so much more ! If you are on the fence, you won't be disappointed! Go!

As a local with a newborn, it can be tough to find things to do to stimulate your child and not destroy your wallet. That's when we decided to try out SeaLife over by ICON park. It's definitely a touristy area but for the price it's not bad at all. There are a ton of interactive activities for children and SO many things to see. My daughter who was 3 months when we went couldn't stop staring at ANYTHING. It was a great time. One note: This is definitely a great place for children. Adults may find it a little small and boring but for kids, this is the perfect place!

I honestly had low expectation for Sea Life Aquarium but was happy to find an enjoyable 75-90 minute experience in Icon Park. Although the WOW factor isn't as strong with only one main big tank area, you get multiple solid views of that tank as well as several smaller tanks and sections housing different sea life throughout the venue. The Potbelly seahorses were especially cool as well as the sting rays who really seemed to love showing off as people walked by. For a Florida resident, the individual event ticket was as cheap as $25 per person. I think that's a worthy entry fee for this afternoon excursion.

All three of these together took up about two hours and then we were able to go to Cafe tu tu tango to get a bite to eat. This was a great half day experience while we were visiting Orlando. There was a parking garage and parking was super easy. By that time we left around 8:30 PM there were so many cars, but when we first got there at about 5 PM there were tons of spots. They do have parking spots you can pay for in the lower levels so it seems like if you're willing to pay there will always be parking. If you want free parking, you need to go earlier because this seems to be popular for nightlife. I always appreciate when there's so many attractions together that you can walk to. This place has quite a few restaurants, some shops and the attractions all in a contained area. It was very clean and when we came, there was a huge police presence, because apparently a couple weeks before there was hundreds of teenagers that descended to the area and fought. So the place was doing a really good job making sure that everything was safe. This is a place for both families and non-families alike.

Right off the bat, it's just a very different vibe from Walt Disney World. Parking felt like a free-for-all (we got lucky with a close spot), and entry was super basic--scan and go, nothing special. We got there around 3 and went straight to the Orca show at Shamu Stadium, which was actually really good. The park didn't feel too crowded, but ride wait times were still long. This trip was all about our son, and Sesame Street Land at SeaWorld Orlando delivered. Seeing him in his Elmo outfit light up during the parade was everything. Food at Altitude Burger was underwhelming--expensive, basic, and the seating area needed some attention cleanliness-wise. The highlight, though, was the animal experiences. The dolphin viewing at Dolphin Nursery had my son completely mesmerized--nonstop smiles, talking, just pure joy. SeaWorld has its flaws, but for kids and animal encounters, it really delivers. Final Verdict: 4 overall, 5 for kid happiness--because at the end of the day, that's what matters most

This included "free" parking, albeit the parking lot attendants could be more helpful directing those with elevated season passes to the correct location. This review is a couple weeks late, but we went at the beginning of their annual Seven Seas Food Festival. Those venues did not open until late afternoon, so we ended up eating at one of their restaurants for lunch (which wasn't too bad actually). I had spoken to a rep at customer service who informed me a couple of the perks, as a platinum season ticket holder, that a couple of the perks were not applicable here in Orlando, such as no allotted free guest passes. I was told we could transfer our passes to Orlando, but the cost would be twice as much then our "great deal" passes from San Diego (we passed of course). The park listed the hours of operation until 8pm, but they were closing everything, except the gift shops of course, at 7pm; thus we did not get to go up in the Sky Tower to watch the sunset. A custodian employee working that area was kind of dumbfounded that nobody (other employees) was there as well. I planned to give this visit a 2 star rating (could've been better), but opted for 3 (OK) because we did enjoy a couple of shows and the Expedition Odyssey ride. BTW, there are a couple bars that actually have a 'happy hour' but it is not advertised. We were only informed of this by the guest services employee who volunteered the 411.

From the moment we arrived to when we left, everything was really well done. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which set the tone right away. There are also smaller stands with snacks, pizza, and ICEE stations. Now let's talk about the drinks. There is just something about a frozen daiquiri when you're by the water. Highly recommend getting the drink package and trying a few... or all of them if you can handle it. I loved how many different areas there were to explore. Seeing dolphins swimming so close to the beach was actually kind of magical. They also have a monkey island which I was really excited about. It was closed when we got there, but I could still see them from a distance and I loved that. The aviary was really cool too. Tons of birds, but also tons of people. They recommend going first thing when the birds are most active, which we did, but so did everyone else. We got there about 45 minutes after opening and the birds already seemed a little over it. Honestly, I don't blame them. The Grand Reef was such a cool experience. I didn't really know what to expect, and even though it's man made, it still feels really immersive. Some of those rays are huge and have zero fear. They will swim right into you. My guy had never experienced anything like that and he loved it. I also liked that there were shallow areas and deeper sections if you wanted more of a snorkeling feel. The only downside for us was the Wind Away River. There are spots that get deep really fast, and that day they were apparently out of floaties because people were hoarding them and claiming areas. Staff even acknowledged it, which was frustrating because nothing was being done about it. It made parts of the river harder to enjoy than they should have been. Other than that, everything else was great and it made for such a fun day. Also the bar swings were a highlight. Loved those.

It was part of my Go City Explorer pass, which is a good deal if you want to hit up multiple random attractions and don't have a good idea of what to do. It's also slightly cheaper on Groupon if you're not from the area and want to buy individually. Parking is free in Icon Park's garage floors 4-7. It's an easy walk to the elevators to go down with a bunch of other tourists to walk through the park to near the center, where the Museum of Illusions is located. Along the way, you can get a nice photo op with the ferris wheel in the background. Once you walk in, you present your entry at the counter, and can begin walking through the exhibits on the left (the right side behind the counter is where you'll be exiting, beyond the few racks of merchandise). The walkthrough is pretty short - most of the wait is basically waiting on other people to clear out so you can take your own photos. We did everything in 45 minutes. There's not too much text to read, but sufficient enough for a basic understanding of how the illusions work. There are supposed to be a couple of guides waiting around to assist with photo-taking, but they were concentrated in one area, so for the most part it felt like we had to help ourselves. My favorite exhibits were the head on a platter, Ames room, and cloning table. Everything is still obviously a trick if you take another look at the photos. The reversed room could have been neat, but it doesn't account for gravity pull on fabric, so it only works if you have a shaved head and are wearing skin-tight clothes. The vortex tunnel is not too impressive - just more of an in-person dizzy balancing experience. The infinity room is pretty neat, though awkward when you're behind the camera. The entire experience would be a lot better if there were sensors that took photos for you, since taking the photo yourself negates some of the "magic" in the pictures. I also think they need better instructions for some rooms, since it sometimes took a few minutes to figure out what I should be looking at or doing. For a one-time experience, it's alright.

I was really looking forward to the fact that you can hook up your Bluetooth and play music. It didn't work! We tried for a solid 1/3 of the ride and could never make it work. So then I thought that maybe the narration would tell us information about what we were seeing. It didn't work either, it just kept telling us to watch out the doors were closing, even though they were already closed. So my son and I opted to sit in silence and look at everything beneath us. Overall, the ride wasn't bad. You can see quite a bit of Orlando, but I expected to find the views more interesting. There's a lot of construction happening around the Eye so we did see a lot of plain lots. But we could glimpse part of epic universe that was pretty cool, but most of the major theme parks are pretty far away. Everybody that worked there was super nice though. It is about a 20 minute ride the full way around. That's why it's a little crazy to me. That people are willing to pay so much for what amounts to that 20 minute attraction. It is neat though that it's part of icon Park, so I do really appreciate that you can pay for the Eye, sea life, and Madame Tussaud.
