Dr Kasch does not take insurance, but his fees are reasonable, and the other costs (lab biopsy, surgery, medications) are all covered by medicare.

When I came in and expressed my concerns, I was given the stiff arm until the manager accidentally said that there was filler left in my syringe. I asked to see it, and it was not shown to me. I wonder how much was left in the first syringe. It's reasonable to wonder what happens with all of the customers' leftovers that we don't know about. Her offer to "match my previous price" at the eleventh hour was a major insult. It proved that the initial price was arbitrary, a test of what I would tolerate. It made me deeply uncomfortable.
