I actually thought I would get another laser appointment scheduled when I called only to realize they were going Def-con 5 on their clients. Now I know I complained early on in my laser treatment and went silent because of their sweet front desk workers. Luckily I got the area manager who was having a bad day and from the convo I had with her, I quickly realized what a scam this place was.
