You are supposed to be able to trust a doctor with your life, and as a "skin doctor" I trust her completely with my skin. She is shy but so sweet, and loves her job which I think makes her so good, as she has been doing this for a long time and is so accommodating and informative. I first started coming to her for peels, the first one was a Glycolic peel and it was different from the ones I had in other derm's office that lasted 5 minutes. It was almost an hour and so much more relaxing. I have very sensitive skin so after I got red from the first one (like I expected) she customized my peels to be Sacylic acid as they weren't as harsh on my skin. I got 6 sets of peels with two/three weeks in between and now I come to her once a month for an awesome, relaxing facial. In fact the facial is so relaxing that I talk the whole time and ask questions so I don't fall asleep! My skin looks so much better than a year from now, it hasn't looked this good since before I was a teenager. It was a gradual process, but I'm pretty happy with where my skin is at, and I know I will never have perfect skin, but I have gotten so many compliments on how much better my skin looks (or how nice my skin is) and I didn't really tell anyone that I was going for these treatments. Definitely great for careful, precise, customized quality skincare. Totally worth it!

My usual place was too far to go get them done on my lunch so I started to search and found Brooke! Based on her online menu, not only was her price comparable, but she was conveniently located!!! I called her on Friday morning and left a message asking if she had any space for a brow wax, Brooke called right back and said that she actually did have an opening at lunch time! When I pulled up I was quite nervous about how parking was going to be, especially because it was lunch, but I had no problems whatsoever! Brooke greeted me when I walked in, very sweet woman. She took me back to the room, which was decorated adorably. Her place is very neat and clean. My brows came out awesome!!! We discussed an express facial that I could possibly get during my lunch hour and ended up booking one for that coming Thursday! Monday rolls around and I sign up my two year old son for swim lessons last minute! Oh boy, little was I thinking that I had to get into a bathing suit... But I was going to have to and needed to be waxed first! I text Brooke to see what her availability was and she immediately texted back and said she had no appts scheduled for that day and was sick, but she took some meds and could possibly do it later! This woman is dedicated to her clients and would have really tried to make it in...sick and all! I thanked her and told her to get rest and that I'd be ok, but made the conscious decision that she will be getting all my business when it comes to waxing needs in the future! I was able to move up my express facial to Tuesday (today) and came in to see her. Brooke did an awesome job. I really like the products she uses, they make my sensitive skin feel really nice. Only problem I had was that I didn't opt for the full hour facial! Darn! That express facial was over way to quickly, but I highly recommend it if you are looking to do a deeper cleanse and are jonzing for a little pampering within your busy schedule. Getting a microdermabrasion on the back would help with getting rid of the dead skin and promote new skin. The back facial was also supposed to include a peel but Kellie mentioned that since I didn't have any active acne I wouldn't need one. I really appreciate her honesty because other people would've done it anyways and try to get more money out of it. Since I didn't get the peel, the facial was cheaper. I can tell she cares about her clients. I have these 2 scars on my back and she gave me something to take home to try. That was really nice of her and I loved how she wanted to help me get rid of these scars. The facial was relaxing and Kellie is super friendly. I can't wait to book my next appointment with her!

As my skin evolves, she recommends products directed towards my goals. For example, my face used to get really oily but now it isn't anymore! She is very easy to talk to and has a cozy little studio setup. I usually book Saturday appointments and the parking lot can get a little busy, but there's usually a couple parking spots that open up.
