Botox with Jessica 5 Stars - First time getting Botox and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jessica makes you feel right at home and she gave me a subtle all over refresh. Hydrafacial with Lili 5 Stars - I absolutely loved the pampering and self care of this experience and Lili is wonderful. I have "stranger danger" PTSD and don't go out much so my self care routine is crap and this was a huge leap for me that I'm very glad I took. It's given me a little boost that was much needed. read more

My husband and I are deeply disappointed with the rigid and customer-unfriendly policies at this clinic. We both had appointments scheduled for 3:00 PM today. Unfortunately, we got caught in heavy traffic. Wanting to be responsible clients, we called ahead to notify the staff that we were running a few minutes behind. Exactly 16 minutes after our scheduled time, we received a call back from the clinic informing us that they were refusing to see both of us due to being late. When I asked if they were truly willing to lose two clients over a 16-minute traffic delay, they confirmed they were cancelling us anyway--and to make matters worse, they insisted on charging us a $100 cancellation fee. Turning away two paying clients who proactively called to communicate a delay, while simultaneously penalizing them with a hefty fee, shows a severe lack of empathy and terrible customer service. We will not be returning. read more

I have trusted Jessica with my face for close to a decade. I always feel safe at my appointments. She is exceptionally talented esp. with injectables. I am very happy with my care and results over the years. I always leave my appointment with Jessica feeling adored and excited for what's next. read more

I have been going to Zen ReGen for over a year and a half. I was seeing the esthetician that entire time. The esthetician was abruptly gone a few days before my appointment. The manager whose name is Rob called me and was very nice. He had to move my appointment to a different esthetician and a different day. I was very nervous to go to someone else. I walked in and it was Lily! I knew her from coming in but had no idea she was an esthetician. My nerves calmed down right away. This was the absolute best facial I have ever had in my life!! She was so thorough, caring, gentle and I was so relaxed and trusted her right away. My skin looks great the next day and I will definitely continue going. (Just an FYI, I was planning to use up my credits and leave but not now.) Thank you lily for everything! read more

Nikki, Nikki, Nikki! She's amazing. Almost don't want to brag about her to make it harder to get an appointment lol amazing facial and I really see glowing results. She also gives great tips like how my barrier was weakened and I needed to incorporate a moisturizer. I do her custom facials and last time did the dermaplaning. Your skin has never been softer! Although they make you do a lot of forms and paper work here I've really had a great experience with all staff I've interacted with. Monica and Jason were both very helpful with other questions I had. And even the receptionist had good info when I was trying to decide what service to book for my first facial. I'm on facial #2 with Nikki and can't wait to go back! read more

Amazing service by Heather, Sofia, Katie and Lily. All the employees I had the opportunity to interact with were above and beyond great! They were all extremely friendly and patient, taking lots of time to educate me on both the products they provided and others I can purchase to best support my needs. If anyone is looking for help to deal with frustrating skin issues, I would highly recommend booking a visit here! read more

I was recommended the Fontana laser - this darkened pigmented spots on my face - leaving me with enlarged pigmented spots that were brought to the surface of my skin and now appear much more prominent. Furthermore I was sent home with absolutely no post care instructions- none explained to me verbally in office and furthermore, no written post or pre-care instructions were ever given to me. I had MENDs across my face for a week , despite being told I would be fine to resume normal activities the next day with minimal downtime. The PA described the Fontana as minimally invasive, however I left the office with pinpoint bleeding across my entire face, extreme itching, and discomfort. The entire experience was an absolute nightmare. read more

Very lovely experience. Got in same day consultation+treatment. Friendly inviting staff. Katie my injector explained everything wonderfully, very friendly, and even helped me get a discount on my treatment! I know Botox takes a little time to kick in, but I swear I'm already seeing improvements and my confidence has already gone way up! Thanks Katie and the staff that helped me today. read more

I got the best facial today from Nikki. She listened to me about my skin concerns and did a customized facial. Location is quiet and relaxing. Lots of free street parking. I will definitely make a future appointment. read more

run far away!!! the day you step foot in this building is the day you become a real life wallet for their use!!! they only want your money they dont care if they have to lie to you to get it theyll just gaslight you and blame you for believing them!!! when i asked the girl on the phone if i could speak to the clinic operations manager since she personally reached out to me herself, the phone lady handled me herself by blaming me... so you mean to tell me that not only do i have to ask in the most specific way possible, double on it, and also make the certified derm show your two eyeballs proof that shes not lying??? i already paid for it and the lady at the front told me it was non refundable after she lied???????? they're trained to cheat you, dont even think abt not believing my post. literally dm me. This place is AMAZING!!! I come exclusively for the facials and the radiant wellness program, and cannot say enough amazing things!! I've gotten hydrafacials from Nikki and Lili, and let me tell ya.... These two are the real deal. Nothing is ever pushy here, and they take the time to educate you on your skin!!! The radiant wellness program involves a PEMF mat, red light therapy, and sauna, and it has actually changed my life. Thank you Zen ReGen!! I'll keep coming back forever. read more

Zen Dermatology is the only place I will go for my skincare, body treatment and facial beauty needs! Dr. Cindy Chambers and the Zen staff are truly knowledge - from suncreen, to facials, to laser, to botox, to Em-sculpt. I especially love Carley, who you can tell has a genuine concern about my well-being. I am confident I will continue to age gracefully under the care of Zen. read more

I love this place!!!! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly staff, offered water while waiting for your service. The ambience is so calming and beautiful. They have an array of services. My favorite is the Embrella! It strengthens your pelvic floor in a completely non- invasive way. You basically sit on a chair while it contract your pelvic floor muscles with electrodes. You don't even have to remove your clothing. I noticed an improvement after my first visit. I highly recommend for all those post baby mamas whose pelvic floor isn't what is use to be. Give it a try. Ask for Sam, she is amazing. read more

Overdue on my review. The people who work here are incredibly good at what they do. I developed a bump on my forehead (photos attached). After months of trying to remove it, it wouldn't budge. I went to zen Dermatology and they immediately assessed it and came up with a plan to remove it. They injected it with a type of steroid. They also recommended creams to help with the color and another to help with my acne in general. After a month I went in for a check in. It had improved significantly but Dr. Chambers knew she could remove it completely. So we did a second injection. I also should say, as someone who is very nervous around needles, I was really impressed with how gentle and carefully she worked. I went in for a third check and we liked the results so I was good to go. Each time I went, it was always very quick and painless. The offices are also very nice. I am a big fan and I will continue to use Zen Dermatology. read more

I had the most amazing and relaxing facial with Nikki! I received a prize package through Zen Dermatology through an Instagram giveaway and was completely thinking I was going to get a basic facial but boy was I wrong. Nikki was so incredible and walked me through all the products she used. I've won giveaways or used Groupons to get discounts for a variety of different things and you get what you pay for or don't pay for. However I was truly blown away by the staff and Nikki's service. I can't wait to go to her again. read more

If you are looking for a place for pampering and self-care, look no further! Zen Dermatology has it all- From facials to lasers to skin care products and advice, to medical dermatology services, as well as their incredible staff. The nurse practitioner Leah knows her stuff when it comes to aesthetics but is also super knowledgeable in all areas of women's health. And her medical assistant Emma is the best at educating clients before and after treatments. Her blood draws for PRP and IM injections are quick and painless. Love this place, highly recommend! read more

They told me to do some laser to get rid of my nose texture and guaranteed it and nothing changed

I recently visited Zen Dermatology for my first time since moving into the neighborhood, and it's safe to safe to say, I have found my new favorite spa in Sacramento. Zen is absolutely beautiful and relaxing - I was greeted with a cup of coffee and my appointment was seamless and comfortable. One of my favorite parts about Zen is that you get to see the same injector (Leah) each time you visit - a luxury you rarely see at a larger med spa. This way you can really design a long (or short) term plan to address your skin goals with an expert who knows you and has worked with you from the beginning. All of the staff were friendly, kind, organized and informative. You could tell each of them was truly passionate about skincare and aesthetics, and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They are upfront with costs and have a comprehensive list of services available to choose from. I can't wait to start using their facial services too! read more

It had been years since I had done any major facial cleansing. As a guy, you think just washing your face morning and night is sufficient. Well Nikki proved to me that that's not enough. She worked magic on my skin during the facial and I was literally glowing after. She went to the depths of explaining everything she was doing and why. I left not only with better skin but a better understanding of how I need to take care of it going forward. I can't recommend Nikki enough!! read more

I can't say enough about Zen and their amazing staff. I originally went in for filler for my dark circles under eye but during the consultation it was explained that with my shape it could make my face look more round and is not the best option. I also have lots or redness and some sun spots so they suggested the IPL treatment. A series of lasers to remove redness and dark spots as well as fine lines. I have had 3 treatments and my skin has never looked better. I no longer have to wear liquid foundation and my skin looks 10 years younger! Plus the IPL (impulse light laser) has a much longer life than filler so it's better all around! I love that they made suggestions as to what they thought my skin needed since they are the professionals. Megan and her team were so helpful in explaining the process and the schedule. Will continue to have future services with Zen! Highly recommend! read more

My experience at Zen has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment you walk in the door you the level of service is top tier. The staff are extremely attentive to every single detail and I didn't have to compete with other clients during my visits. This is rare because I've been to spas that didn't block out sufficient time between clients and/or didn't have appropriate staff to assist multiple people. My treatments have been going beautifully. I am doing a clear and brilliant series which requires no down time. The treatment was explained to me in great detail and I saw results immediately. Sorry for the lengthy review but I just adore this place and the staff very much. Xoxo T read more

I have been a patient at Zen Dermatology since they opened. The space is absolutely stunning. I love all of the attention to detail. Let's be honest when you go to a place that is going to be taking care of your skin it matters how the space looks, how the staff acts and how they treat you. All of these things are top notch at Zen. I have had several procedures done there and I am so pleased with my results. Dr. Chambers really takes the time to get to know you and make sure you are getting the right treatment. Leah and Su are absolutely amazing injectors. I always feel like they really care about how they are treating you, they want to make sure you love your treatment. I have referred many people to Zen and all of them have been just as happy as me. read more

Nikki is the best esthetician. My skin feels so much healthier now ever since I started getting hydrafacials.

The recent experience with Zen Dermatology is so impressive! My sister is a customer with both Zen and another skin center on the same street. My family planned a celebration for my sister's milestone birthday on Thanksgiving Day. The other laser center advertised their gift cards on sale the week after Thanksgiving. I called that skin center to see if they would let me buy a birthday gift card a few days earlier than their sale started. The person answered the phone declined right away. I then called Zen Dermatology. McKenna answered the phone. Upon hearing the special occasion, she worked with her manager Pedra to come up with a solution that worked for me. It made my day and it made me feel they listened to their customer. This month (Dec), I called Zen to purchase their sale items for myself this time. Deidre worked so patiently with me and came up with a win-win solution on their promotions. I couldn't ask for any better customer experience than this. I always love their products/services and now with this awesome customer experience, Zen will be my go-to place. Thank you, Zen, for your excellent customer service! read more

I had a hydra facial with Nikki and I would recommend this service to everyone! Nikki was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The experience was wonderful- my face felt incredibly after and I continue to receive so many compliments and people inquiring about my "Dewy skin". She really exfoliated and deep cleaned my skin so well and my skin soaked in all the hydration, the massage was wonderful too. I highly recommend Zen and Nikki. read more

Idk... the girl on the phone seemed very polite. However the entire conversation was mainly about money. $125 consultation fee, (which I was initially told would be $50) to be charged ahead of the appointment and before they even gave me an idea as to when or where the appointment would be or what services they offered. $50 reschedule fee, $50 no show fee. I come here to see reviews about them last minute cancelling appointments on people. I bet they didn't pay a cancellation fee when it was their fault. Idk. But I find places like this just to have a jaded mentality and obviously they are dealing with enough cancellations to justify an over the phone fee. I understand cash business but no other service based spa or cosmetic place charges you up front. It just feels shady and ghetto to me. Sorry. I'll take my business somewhere more trustworthy. I don't like feeling wrangled or hustled into these sorts of situations, especially for such high cost services. Customers should be treated with dignity and respect not distrust and greed. read more

I've been getting Botox for close to 20 Yrs in various places this is the first time I've gotten charged $50 injection/service fee. I was never informed there was a service for a quick injection, not cool. However I was very pleased with the fraxel duel, I got great results. read more

It's a beautiful location and the workers are very friendly, however getting there in the afternoon? Forget it, can be a nightmare. It's located right in the heart of Downtown/East Sacramento. I went for a consultation and I felt that the Dr. was very upfront about treatments that are needed, which I appreciated. However, there are a few things that I still don't quite understand. I don't understand how they don't offer payment plans of any kind? I mean, I knew that the treatments would be costly, but I guess people just walk in and can drop thousands of dollars? In this day and age? Also, I felt that they were a little pushy with both the membership and other treatments that I do not need, such as Botox. I do not need Botox; that is not why I was seeking treatment. I ended up signing up for one of their memberships but cancelled it because I decided to look elsewhere for treatment. I was also informed that the membership has a 3 month obligation; I looked and that information is nowhere on the paperwork or the flyer I was given. From the looks of it, I'm sure they do great work for their patients but for me I just decided to respectfully pass. read more

I just recently visited Zen Dermatology for PRP injection for my hair and under my eyes. First of all I want to say this place is top notch. Everything from the outside, to how it's beautiful design on the inside, the comfortable chairs and the lovely ladies that are so beautiful and nice. As a straight man it can be hard to make a decision to get treatments like this, but it was so easy! It was simple as making the initial call, they set up a consultation which was super easy. After my consultation I scheduled my in person appointment. I met with Angela who took care of my PRP injections. I was very nervous about the potential pain and bruising, but she put my worries at ease. The visit lasted about an hour from start to finish, but Angela's great personality and steady hands made it seem so much shorter. I was so pleased with my results and the very limited bruising. If you are considering PRP don't wait, call Zen TODAY and ask for Angela and Megan. My only regret is not doing this sooner! My results have been absolutely amazing! read more

This place is absolutely beautiful.. However, staff picks and chooses who they want to be polite to. I've been coming here for 6 months for laser hair removal and Every-time I come I feel uncomfortable. I don't want to make it about race because it's not but if you have staff telling all others about events that you over hear and when you get done they tell you nothing don't even walk you to check in, that's something to feel uncomfortable about. I have drove 45 minutes to two appointments that they canceled 5 minutes before my arrival and on top of that I have yet to see any changes in my hair removal. I also left a google review under Tiffany Diamond on Google and I was actually very happy there, that was 4 months ago however, after that appointment everything went downhill. After I stated treatment wasn't working I was treated differently not by my doctor but by staff. Today I had a 12:00 appointment they called me back and left me in a room for an hour. i listened and peeked as they brought patient after patient back and finally I said "hey did you forget about me" obviously they did so she grabbed me and took me to a room but all the numbing product was gone, I was no longer numb. One of the assistants said yoI will be fine I will use the cold air while she does procedure, tell me why my doctor never showed because she's not here on Mondays and it was suppose to be notated to only see Dr. Chambers so not only did I not receive treatment the doctor that came in said " If you want Dr. Chambers They Can Schedule you and pointed towards the door. read more
