SCAMMERS ALERT , DONT LOSE YOU MONEY…read more I bought an used car from then on Saturday ,after business hours, we were the last to leave, the seller told me and my husband the car was old but in great conditions , carfax certified , clean title, etc. The seller also mentioned if we do the regular maintenance it would last a long time because it was on great conditions, so we paid in full and left. We got home, one hour later we turn the car on and all the computer lights turned on, we freaked out because it had not been like that when we left the dealer, we also noticed a weird cracking sound on the engine when we turned it on and off, when pressing the break the car started to vibrate, all weird and uncertain to us since we know nothing about mechanics, plus the fan would stay running more than 10 min after the car had been turned off and the water for the windshield blades won't work even if the tank was full. Long story short Since they are closed on Sunday we decided to wait till Monday so that we could take it to a mechanic of our own choice to have it diagnosed before calling the dealer. After the diagnostics ( which revealed a huge oil leak, engine problems, tire pressure and censors broken and multiple other stuff) the mechanic recommended us to go back to the dealer and let them respond. I called the seller explained what happened ( less that 24 business hours) told him , he said he would notify the owner whom immediately called and by being very rude, ratchet and unprofessional communicated me he would not make any refund because I broke the car myself. ( all this while I was driving to the dealer after I was told by the ppt at FireStone not to do so because it was dangerous due to the oil leak) When I arrived he said he was not mechanican ,opened the car and say yeah i see whats happening and mentioned some things ( having not knowledge soever about mechanic). He said he knew it had stuff but he didn't had to tell me because I was buying an used car and he was not going to respond for this since it was my responsibility ( after I was told the car was in great conditions) . That if I wanted a car without problems I should had bought a more expensive car and thst its not his fault. So I lose all my money for nothing. I called over and over again because I'm angry and mad ass hell, how in the hell i spend my hard-earned money at your business for you to continue to lie and say you would send your Mechanic to take a look at the vehicle and then you say he's away, then he will come the next day, then the next day. Finally he lies and says he came to check the car and never did, I call Frank back and he says the mechanic came which in fact he never showed. I call back and then Frank says the mechanic had a family emergency. Being a Representative from your car lot you could have handled things differently. There wasn't any reason to lie, be honest you have been in business for how long? Who in the hell has money to waste?? I honestly don't. Here is my scenario you knew the car was rigged just enough for me to get off the lot and now play dumb. Your mechanic knew he wasn't going to show up, you guys had Engine Block sealant in the car, the car been running hot and you knew damn well it was, blown head gasket. My fault for no bringing a Mechanic who really knows cars, that way you couldn't have done this to me. You did a lot of pretending, just to get rid of that piece of a Sh!t car. At 7:20 I asked where the appointment line was and the tech said " we don't really do appointments here". (Braman Honda has a website where you can make appointments for all services). Classic Miami attitude from this guy. After about an hour and change I gat my car back. I open the hood and one of my clips to the engine air filter is unlatched. (I always lift the hood and check everything before I leave any service). Anyways, I will not be returning here. Did I mention the old man cutting his nails in front of everyone waiting for service?!
