We complained and were asked to wait for a moment- we waited for a good 10mins while the seller was trying to feedback to the owner. I became inpatient and started to take pictures of the oysters and the shop, then the seller came out and apologized about the oysters and said that they will refund me after he finished feeding the birds. Ultimately, we received a fresh dozen of oysters instead of monetary refund.
