I froze I got emotionally upset thinking what could I have done I just walked in. From the items I saw I was impressed but this woman genuinely looked like she hated me being there. I made a quick turn around and swiftly left. Honestly I can't stop thinking about it. I don't her, I don't know what I could've done to deserve that. I went home crying.

In general I enjoy looking at vintage shops, and there are many interesting, unique items here. I noticed there are some really cool, great mid-century modern furniture pieces here, which I love, but not at my price point. Great to admire though. There were also other vintage items such as art pieces, clothing, shoes, jewelry, and some random things. I didn't think I would buy anything, but I found a cute southwest metal wind chime that had a nice patina after years of exposure. It is embossed with "1989, The Metal Man". I hung it out last night and it looked great against a beautiful sunset. It has a gentle chime sound, compared to come other chimes I have it. I love it. Definitely worth taking a stroll into the shop before or after a meal at Valentine. Never know what you'll find.

This is a fun little place in Phoenix. I went to visit my aunt and we were out and about looking…read moreat some furniture stores nearby and just kind of stumbled in to this place. We ended up spending a long time having so much fun looking at all the crazy stuff in there. When you first walk in, there is a display of windchimes and I instantly fell in love with this peacock one (see photo). I snatched it up right away and was trying to figure out the best way to hold it and still walk around without it breaking when the lady at the counter offered to keep it up at the counter while we browsed. So nice. They have all these hilarious tin and wood signs that my aunt, mom, and I stood in front of laughing like idiots for about 10 minutes. They have interesting furniture, little knick knacks, and some pretty cool wall art. After we had fun looking at all the stuff and I mentioned I would have to be careful with my peacock because I was flying back to Vegas, the lady at the front wrapped it up for me in so much bubble wrap that there was no way it would break in my suitcase. And the best part? They were having a sale, so it was 20% off on top of all the fun and great customer service.

Owner says buyer beware…read more... We have bought several items from here without incident until now. My husband bought an outdoor table 2.5 months ago for his 70+ year old female customer. It is now pulling apart at the seams. We took a picture of the table in to the store today to show them and the owner said that he guaranteed someone hit it. A 70+ woman? It is clearly from the heat. His answer was that he didn't know what we wanted him to do, everything is sold as is, buyer beware. We enjoyed shopping here in the past and spent plenty of money doing so. Sadly, that may be over now. So, take it directly from the owner - buyer beware.

She was so welcoming and I loved her vibe and both stores in general. I'm a bit "mature" figured so there was plenty of shopping choices for me. Great housewares too. Loved the music too.
