There's no waiting room, so you do have to drop off the car & head elsewhere to wait. I had a scheduled maintenance done, and it was ready before the end of day. I ordered the part from the dealership and Christian Brothers fixed it right away. I was a bit anxious since the part had to be ordered and then go to a body shop to paint and Ashley from CB was extremely patient with me and made sure they received the part from Hyundai and even called me the morning of my appointment to make sure I ordered all the parts for the repair. The mechanic Judson was very thorough; even the handle went on he wanted to make sure it was on tight and took the entire door off to reinforce it. I am so pleased with CB that I think my daughter should bring her car their for any maintenance and repairs and forget about the Hyundai Dealership. Also I thought their prices were very fair. Ashely was so kind to offer me water and gave me a rose when I paid. How nice is that?

Very nice waiting area and 'free' Christian Brothers branded water bottles. Most people understand 'free' things are not actually free . . . that includes the water bottles and 'free' courtesy shuttles. I took my 2010 Mustang there to have the rear brakes repaired - due to a frozen caliper. The 'Diagnostic Test' was $165, which I paid and then took my car out of there as fast as I could. The cost quoted for repair was ludicrous, so I asked if I could supply the parts (I am a former Auto Parts Manager, so am comfortable with this) - they said sure - the quote for just the labor . . . $631.91. Note - the book time for this is 1-1.5 hours. I declined and took it to another shop . . . $280 for labor and that is where the work was done. As mentioned in some other reviews, the 'free' (there's that word again) 'courtesy inspection' came up with every conceivable 'flush/fill' and things like Spark Plug replacement ("due to age of vehicle") even though I replaced them myself a month ago. Total for all the 'courtesy inspection' items . . . ready . . . ready . . . $8,255.59. How about a few more examples: Replace License Plate Light Bulb ($74.50) - I actually just took care of this myself before sitting to write this review ($15 for the pair and about 10 minutes taking my time), Replace Front Struts (parts cost $250 and labor book time 1.2 to 1.6 hours for both sides) . . . $1,456.38. Replace Cabin Air Filter (part cost $15 - labor book time 0.2 to 0.3 hours or 10-15 minutes) . . . $132. Replace valve cover gaskets (part cost $20, labor time 1.5 to 2.5 hours) . . . $632.20. You get the idea. Outrageous pricing . . . but the 'free' bottle of ice-cold water was excellent!

I got an oil change from them and they told me that I would have to wait until September 30th to get a specialist to look at my car. They let me know they believed it was either I needed a new transmission or possible engine problems on a SUV with 70k miles. I googled around for a transmission place and read the reviews on Speedy and they were good so I decided to take a shot with them. When I got there the office manager was a young man who was extremely polite and professional. He let me know they would do a diagnostic check on the transmission and listen for the noise. After about 45 minutes the owner Luis called me over and let me know that he thinks that the car just needed transmission fluid. He let me know he put a clamp on the hose to stop it from leaking and then we got into the car and took it for a test ride. There was no more noise and the car was not jumping every time I stepped on the gas. Luis charged me $80 for everything. I thanked him for his honesty because he easily could have told me I needed a new transmission. The Ford dealership wanted to charge me $150 each for a diagnostic check on the engine and transmission. How could they not see that it needed fluid. Well they have just lost a customer and Speedy and Luis have just gained a new one. The icing on the cake is after talking with Luis and his son (office manager) we realized we are from the same area in Florida and we lived about 7 minutes apart. Great to see another Florida person. I highly recommend Speedy. Honesty is everything to me and these guys showed it. Thank you Speedy!

However my car suffered from this place so i had taken my car to another repair shop but because of the costs i didnt want to pay 12k so speedys actually towed the car for me to their shop and said the could do it for damn near half of the other shop price. I paid roughly 6-7k to obtain a used engine with 32k miles on it . Took a while but i didnt want to rish them since it was a big job. They also replaced my catalytic converters for like 1500$ I should have just spent the 12k with theother shop because after taking it back to speedys three times because my coolant alert kept popping up and it was literally draining out of the car. I knew something was wrong . They said they didnt see anything only for the car to begin blowing out a bunch of smoke from under the engine and the check engine light came on. I literally spent an additional 8k to fix what this place messed up. I should have reported this place to the attorney general's office since the other shop stated everything wasn't even in spec . As a place that does emissions i could have had the shut down but only because they were nice i didn't make the call. I should have taken it to court but again they can read about it here on this review . I would not recommend any foreign car owner to take your car here theres clearly a lack of knowledge and understanding. I have an audi A8 btw. Never again

The"good news was that the baby could be saved for a mere $5,000.00. I was stunned and could not breathe. I went into denial and various other stages of grief and asked If I could think it over. Honestly, I should have called them back much faster than I did. Life is tough and I'm doing my level best. I was contacted by a gruff office manager who had mistaken me as a deadbeat not as a "grieving parent". I was shocked by the tone and inflexibility and was then ordered to get my vehicle immediately of it would be towed. No options were offered to me. I paid the surgeon 100 plus dollars who then quickly dismissed me as the perceived deadbeat and briskly hung up. The solution, I'd recommend that some kind of sensitivity training be mandated just so the office manager would have an opportunity to begin to heal and feel better.
