And every time I'd vacation in Camden, it would be my first go-to place. However, recently when I ordered a gift online, they sent it to me instead of the recipient. No biggie. Life happens. But when I called Amy to explain the situation, she seemed perplexed as how to solve the problem and passed me on to her assistant. All I wanted was a UPS label so I could send the gift merrily on its way. Instead I was instructed to return the item before they could ship out a replacement. And it took 5 calls to accomplish that. Seriously? I've been in retail for many years and that just isn't how it's done. Making the customer satisfied should be paramount. Months later, I still have a bitter taste in my mouth... that even their Frontier Maple Syrup can't sweeten.
