During my most recent trip, one of the associates, Delia, was incredibly rude and spoke to me in a condescending way throughout my time in the store. It made what is usually an enjoyable shopping experience feel very uncomfortable. That said, I do want to recognize Mary, who was also working at the time. She is kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, and she reminded me of the level of customer service I've come to expect from this location. I'm hoping this was just an isolated incident, as I've always enjoyed shopping here and would love to continue doing so.
