WOW! There's a whole lot of store stuffed into this relatively small space. But there's a HUGE selection of just about every, conceivable spice blend you'd want - from sausage seasonings, to brines, to jerky seasonings, bbq rubs, cures, hot sauces.... There's even a great selection of LEM meat processing equipment. I stocked up with a LOT of mixes I want to try (and refills of supplies I've been using). The two ladies running the store couldn't be any more friendly and helpful. They're well versed with what works well and how to achieve the best results you're wanting to get. They also offer samples of hot sauces. Prices are very reasonable, so there's going to be many more reasons for me to visit more often.

I called to verify they are in stock before driving 2 hours each way. I Immediately asked for someone who knows their roofing screws. A man who doesn't know them insisted on helping. After several minutes of being told they don't make what I want, I was then told they don't even carry roofing screws. They do. I decided to buy for my house and shops from somewhere else. He became rude and refused to give me anyone else. Make your own choice. My roofer friend was certainly correct. Please train your employees on the products and at a bare minimum be polite and willing to transfer a phone call and be willing to verify stock to save someone 4 hours of driving. This was obviously a case of being too lazy just to go check what you actually have. That is terrible service especially when I tell them I'm driving two hours each way and I don't want to come home empty-handed just to have to make the drive again.

Went to check on the mower and rototiller early March. They said they had an estate sell and sold them. Said they have a 30 day policy to pick up your repairs up. Never was told that by anyone when I spoke to employees several times. They never called. They had both my phone number and my wife's. Had a a receipt with nothing about a 30 day policy. I was graciously informed that there were often quality issues with that entity and that they would rebuild my original carburetor with factory parts. I got it back in 2 weeks and it has been running strong ever since. Great customer service.

The technician, Dan took a Quick Look and saw that the drive belt came off, he was able to quickly put it back on and wouldn't let me pay them anything.
