WOW! There's a whole lot of store stuffed into this relatively small space. But there's a HUGE selection of just about every, conceivable spice blend you'd want - from sausage seasonings, to brines, to jerky seasonings, bbq rubs, cures, hot sauces.... There's even a great selection of LEM meat processing equipment. I stocked up with a LOT of mixes I want to try (and refills of supplies I've been using). The two ladies running the store couldn't be any more friendly and helpful. They're well versed with what works well and how to achieve the best results you're wanting to get. They also offer samples of hot sauces. Prices are very reasonable, so there's going to be many more reasons for me to visit more often.

Supporting local is important. They have a wide selection of items, from household to gardening to outdoor gear and everything in between. Pricing is reasonable and someone is always available to help if you have any questions. They also have a great rewards program! I'll be headed here for my next painting project. After searching several stores without success, I finally discovered what I was looking for at Ruggiero's ACE Hardware on Spokane South Hill. Upon my arrival, Amy, the sales associate at Ruttiero's, assisted me in searching for decorations. Although we weren't able to locate an in-store decoration, Amy went above and beyond by checking online inventory. Her resourcefulness paid off--she placed an order for a patriotic Lantern Solar Balloon, ensuring I would have exactly what I wanted before 4th of July. I also ended up buying something completely different... paint supplies..that day. On June 26, 2026, I went back to Ruttiero's and was greeted by a smiling Amy, as previously to complete the purchase of the patriotic Lantern Solar Balloon. I was told by a roofer friend to get a specific roofing screw here, he said just go in with what…read moreyou want on paper because they don't know their products. I called to verify they are in stock before driving 2 hours each way. I Immediately asked for someone who knows their roofing screws. A man who doesn't know them insisted on helping. After several minutes of being told they don't make what I want, I was then told they don't even carry roofing screws. They do. I decided to buy for my house and shops from somewhere else. He became rude and refused to give me anyone else. Make your own choice. My roofer friend was certainly correct. Please train your employees on the products and at a bare minimum be polite and willing to transfer a phone call and be willing to verify stock to save someone 4 hours of driving. This was obviously a case of being too lazy just to go check what you actually have. That is terrible service especially when I tell them I'm driving two hours each way and I don't want to come home empty-handed just to have to make the drive again.
