I try to avoid tourist spots. After entering this pub, one of the first things said to us was "why did we pick this bar?". It was very obvious that everyone else knew each other. One patron muttered "f@cking tourists" after my wife tried to engage in conversation. We kept quiet and to ourselves as much as possible. The service was excellent as I had the potato soup which was delicious and cheap. My wife and daughter split the Irish rolls and they fell in love with them. It was a great experience and I would definitely highly recommend anyone in Dublin to visit this place.
