T2 Executive Lounge - seating area
    Tamia G.

Overall, it is nice to have access to this Executive Lounge pre-flight. They accept Priority Pass and similar programs. Otherwise, the cost is approximately $45 USD. In addition to the main seating areas, this club includes a quiet room/area for adults, a kiddie playroom, a place to recharge electronics (cell, laptop, etc.), and gendered restrooms. I visited on a Saturday morning and the flow of traffic was pretty heavy, with lots jockeying for seats together. Breakfast was super basic - porridge with toppings and LOTS of breads. Please be advised that the staff will tell you that it takes 1-1/2 hours to navigate the pre-clearance Customs area. That may be true on high peak travel days. Yet, my colleague and I experienced only a 30-minute transition time (with Global Entry), from Lounge through pre-clearance Customs to the gate... just FYI. Without the benefit of knowledge re: Centurion Lounges and the like, this is ok. Truly, this club is pretty bare-bones, as Executive Lounges go. Not terrible but very far from great. The best parts about this lounge: -That it exists AND provides respite from the masses -Kiddie lounge for the little ones to have privacy and burn off energy pre-flight -Wide variety of soft-drinks, alcohol options, and beers -Ample seating -Interior restrooms -Pleasant and attentive staff The less favorable parts about this Lounge: -Located PRIOR to the pre-clearance Customs area -Primarily food that is pre-packaged -Quite limited food selection, beyond the deluge of breakfast breads, muffins, and other pastries Note: There is but one Executive Lounge AFTER the pre-clearance Customs area and it only accepts business/first-class travelers. Namely, the 51st & Green Lounge is complimentary for Aer Lingus, American Airlines, Delta, and United Airlines First and Business class passengers. Safe travels and SYOY!

Inside lounge. At €29 per person it ain't good value unless you go for alcohol

Yelp asks if I recommend this business and I most certainly do not. It's €29 a head for pretty poor, mostly cold, food and lousy machine coffee. It's all self service, it is soulless with no discernible atmosphere and really only worth it if you drink alcohol. We had chicken wraps, ham salad and egg & onion sandwiches to choose from. There were black olives from a jar, ready salted crisps and a hummus type dip and sliced cold pita breads. The could do it even cheaper of course but it would be still more grim. There was still and sparkling water from a pump dispenser, a low quality vegetable soup kept lukewarm in an electric urn with a few different breads. They had factory made, cold mince pies in a nod to Christmas with sweet being pre wrapped biscuits. I could get two decent espresso based coffees and half decent food for two and change from €29 in any of the overpriced coffee vendors in the main airport concourse.

The staff were friendly on Priority Card check-in. The food consisted mainly of packaged cookies and sandwiches. They appear to be understaffed as cleanup was sporadic. The seats were comfortable and the lounge was crowded. Overall an average experience and that is a generous assessment.

This lounge was free with priority pass. Not the greatest lounge around but is clean and has a decent selection of items. The Wi-Fi is with the airport and has great speeds and reliable connectivity. It is very quiet inside and that is a plus!

They have some light snacks like cheese and crackers, bottled beers they have Heineken, Scottish apple cider and Guinness. Decent expresso machine, I made a hot and delicious mocha with it. They also have a shower room with towels, shower gel, and shampoo!

This lounge is accessible with Priority Pass access (i.e. via Chase Sapphire Reserve or American Express Platinum). The food was of course Irish-centric and a great introduction to local cuisine. Beyond the regular cereal and granola, we tried some of the tart yogurt and delicious shortcake with fruit bits. There was a great selection of beers including of course Guinness on tap and in tallboy cans. They were just starting to switch over to more hearty lunch fare by the time we left for our gate. The selection was much better than I normally see at airport lounges. We were severely jet lagged but couldn't sleep because of the floor to ceiling double-high windows. It offered a great view of the runway and Aer Lingus jets loading up before takeoff. Outlets were not accessible to every location, but at least the upholstered seats were very comfortable. There's one TV and a few newspapers and magazines for entertainment. The bathrooms were private to the lounge and were not exactly immaculate, but better than you might see in the terminal. Overall, above average lounge!

This was a fine lounge for spending some time before a flight. I used Priority Pass for entrance and had no trouble getting in. The woman who checked me in gave me a heads up about TSA pre-clearance, which I wasn't aware I had to get through at this airport. I ended up leaving the lounge a littler earlier than originally planned and was glad I did, as all the checks and lines you have to get through to fly to the US did add a bit of time. Since I was here very early in the morning, the lounge was not too crowded. There also wasn't a large selection of food out yet but it was being filled in by a staff member. I just grabbed a small scone (a little dry) with some jam and a glass of water. They have both still and sparkling water, juices, and some hot beverages to choose from. If you belong to a lounge network that gives you complimentary access, and a while to go before boarding, might as well stop by to check it out.

Got time to burn before your flight? Spend some of it lounging around. The executive lounge in Terminal 2 at Dublin Airport is accessible with a number of memberships including Priority Pass, Emirates and Diners Club. If you don't have one of those, you can also pay €29 (€25 if booked online). The T2 lounge offers comfy chairs, power outlets (Ireland/UK plugs only), newspapers, snacks and drinks, and restrooms. The self-serve snack bar offers fruit, scones, muffins, cookies, and beverages including juice, coffee and beer. Beer choices include Budweiser, Heineken, and of course, Guinness. There's a room with some toys where parents can bring kids. Great especially if you have kids who can be fussy. The bathrooms were just ok. They could've been a little cleaner, and the toilet flushes were weak as heck. Overall, this is a decent place to chill if you have one of the accepted memberships, but otherwise I don't think this place is worth the price tag. Note: the T1 and T2 lounges are not accessible after going through US Preclearance. These lounges are not to be confused with the 51st & Green lounge which is located after Preclearance.

I got a chance to check our this lounge at Dublin Airport's T2 because my brother had membership with his AmEx, and he can bring in a 2nd person for free. Also while I was flying out of Terminal 1, I could check out this lounge located in Terminal 2, as as once past the security, there is a tunnel that connects both Terminals. So the first thing, the staff I encountered here aren't as friendly as the other lounge in T1. When checking in, the lady at the front desk said to me, you should use the lounge in T1 - I was a bit taken aback cause had about 1.5hrs before boarding and so it wasn't a time issue. And frankly, I'd go to whichever lounge I want to - none of her beeswax what I decide I want to do! So anyway, we're finally in and I realized this lounge feels more squeezed-in than the other lounge. The kitchen area is more tightly compact too - more than 5 people in that area and it becomes a crowd! Realized also that the food items were the same as what I had encountered in the other lounge, so their must be 1 kitchen and meal supplier shared with all the other lounges at Dublin airport. So food was decent, the newspaper selection and quantity was excellent. Overall however, in my interactions, I found staff at this lounge to be a way more rushed and brisk compared to T1 Lounge. Also there was only 1 ladies loo!! I was taken aback by that scarce quantity and a line definitely got formed fairly quickly. The toilet was also fairly untidy and could have been better maintained. I guess it's a decent lounge if you have no other option, but for myself, I'd use the T1 lounge next time rather than coming to this T2 lounge. Yelp 141/ 2019

I was only supposed to be here for an hour, and then there was a mechanical delay that meant I would be here another hour. And then the same delay went longer while Delta flew in a part from Frankfurt and I ended up spending SEVEN HOURS in this lounge. All day Sunday. Breakfast foods were pretty good with pastries and oatmeal and sausage rolls and lots of coffee. There's a coffee machine or you can let the barista make you a better coffee, but the machine worked just fine for me. Later, the lunch foods came out. A great spread of cheeses and smoked salmon and a pressed duck confit and two soups. Quite tasty. Free wifi, lots of power outlets (Ireland-style), and mostly quiet other than the few toddlers that managed to get into the lounge. Terrific view of the runway and the ramp from the lounge, too. What's great is that even though our flight was so heavily delayed, the lounge staff stayed late. Awesome.

Decent sized lounge but it could use more outlets. We were here in the morning & mostly pastries, cereal, cheese & crackers. For gluten free celiacs- cheese & warm yogurt were the only option. Private bathrooms in the lounge, plus a business room with desks. Overall quiet lounge with a view of the tarmac area. Nice place to chill before a flight. Fyi they staff will tell you to be at US Customs an hour & a half before your flight if you are headed to the states. You clear customs in Dublin

My friend ate a side of onion rings. The roast beef was cooked to perfection, very tender and juicy. It is pretty unsalted, which I like, but my friend said it wasn't enough. The side of rich, brown gravy made up for it adding the right amount of saltiness to the beef. Carrots and peas were a tad soft, but flavorful and good mashed potatoes. I wasn't wild about the whole fried ones. The Yorkshire pudding was pretty dreadful and seemed to be backed hours prior because it was rubbery and chewy. The chicken curry was good, a little sweet, but good amount of curry flavor. Chips and rice were great. The onion rings were good. Not stellar, not bad. Just solidly good! Guinea's was perfect in terms of being served at the right temp and they have half pints, which made me happy! This place was very, very loud. It was distractingly loud, but if you want sports and good beer, you are in the right spot. Lots of families with little ones for dinner. Service was good.
